So close to the beach and small kitchen facilities were good.

Carpets really weren’t clean. I had white socks on in my room and they were filthy.

Well located Staff were pleasant and helpful

No instructions provided for entry into the property as we arrived out of hours Air conditioning did not work - it was too hot and difficult to sleep Initial provisions were not as per booking the not enough beds, towels, etc No cleaning on W/E or PH - we had 2 days of no cleaning - price paid was the same

Unfortunately staff really let my experience at the Quest down , from arrival to departure. Poorly trained staff , with horrible customer service skills not at all welcoming to customers and left us feeling like we would not return . Even if you walked past in lobby heading to breakfast and dinner staff didn’t even say good morning or evening. On arrival we did not feel welcomed . I have also called now on three occasions to see if they have found x2 phone charges they continue to reply with I’ll check when it’s not busy . I’m sure there must be a list properly log book staff or house keeping supervisor would have to fill out ? I would love if my property could be recovered if you get the chance to look ??

Huge two bed apartment with two balconies, awesome

I loved the location close to. Shops, restaurant and beach. It was particularly thoughtful to send us parking information, very useful. Front office staff very helpful with restaurant recommendations. We also arrived early and we were able to check in and we were able to get into our room at 1.00. Also having free bottled water and complimentary chocolates was a much appreciated bonus touch.

It was all pretty good. Nothing really stood out.

Great location which included car parking. Beach was across the road and close to shop and some great restaurants. Also having the train station only a few mins walk was a bonus. All staff were very friendly and helpful

We faced onto the street so there was some noise from traffic but the roosting birds did make an lot of noise. The sliding door to the patio was very stiff,
