The hotel is in a beautiful location. But with a litlle child not appropriete. No parking possibility in the hotel ..you have to park your car in the parkhouse and for that you have to pay extra. If you have a lot of luggage no service from the hotel themselve to pick up your luggage to the rooms. Room not very big for this price.

The hotel was very clean, staff we polite, view onto the lake was fantastic.

We were unable to use the bar area on both days due to wedding parties. Our £400+ room a night was also directly above the wedding party and evening disco. Music was dreadful and one night went on until 12 midnight with lots of noise. We were also not advised about the wedding party being directly under our room!

location and pool was perfect we had a lovely stay for a family wedding.

it was extremely hot, the air-con just needed to be a bit more cooler in the room, we did have a superior room but it's got large ceiling so it didn't feel as cool as it would in a smaller room.

Many private parties during our stay and we overlooked the entertainment area...

We stayed here for our first wedding anniversary and it is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The property is stunning, with beautiful rooms and gardens. We had a lake view room which was well worth the extra money - I could have stared out the window forever and not get bored of the view!

Everything in this hotel is fabulous! Rooms, the views, gardens… The staff could not do enough for you. Also happy to store luggage pre/post arrival and free shuttle down to the ferry port after check out. Lots of choice at breakfast and everything was very high quality.

Just a small factor to be aware of - the size of the bedrooms vary greatly - so choose carefully!

Having access to the garden, it's the best. Have in mind, when the reservation it's through Booking, you can't have the 10% discount in the Spa.

When we did the reservation to the Spa, we were not informed that the Spa is outside in other Hotel. Then we was walking through the garden and crossing privet receptions in swimming dress and with towels.

The property was beautiful. Location was great. Hotel room was great size and the bathroom was very nice.

There was an issue with the heat in our room in which our room was 36 degrees (it was only about 20 degrees outside). We consistently asked the staff for assistance in which each kept saying they would leave a note for someone else. We eventually got the room to a somewhat more comfortable temperature by opening the windows but this meant we were consistently awoken by the ongoing traffic (our room was on the Main Street), but we were very disappointed with how the staff handled this situation. When we said that we did not think it was worth what we paid because of how uncomfortable the temperature was, one of the concierge members seemed almost disgusted with us that we would expect a discount. We were eventually given our parking for free, but not really any sort of apology. I would not stay here again or recommend it, which is very unfortunate for how beautiful the hotel is.
