La ubicación, la paz, no había bullicio, la privacidad, el colchón super cómodo, un plus que había maquina que repele insectos por lo q no hubo ni un zancudo o mosquito, se sentía el contacto con la naturaleza y tiene 2 perros escantadores (Bruno y Villa) qué te hacen sentir en casa ♥

Excelente ubicación, atención del personal y limpieza. Cerca del centro de Mancora, con acceso a una cuadra de la playa de Mancora. Las habitaciones son amplias y no hay mosquitos como lei en otros comentarios. Posee aire acondicionado y agua caliente.

El desayuno poco variado.

Pilar and her staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than expected very good indeed. Pool was good too. Very quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice clean white fluffy towels, strong water pressure in the shower, lots of hot water too! Location is fantastic. Close enough to everything that you can walk but far enough from everything that it is quiet and safe.

Our only complaint was the page on Booking.com said there was a shared kitchen. We were 2 retired chefs traveling with our wives and really wanted to cook for ourselves. We were excited to be able to go to the local fish market and get super fresh fish and take it back and cook it. But alas, it was not to be. they did let us use the Parillada one night and loaned us all the tools and plates etc we needed.

The pool was nice, the hotel is also a lovely sun trap! It is in a great location and the food in the evening is good. The lady at reception was helpful.

We had a deluxe room that stated we had a hairdryer, this was not the case and when asked there seem to be no answer. My partner and I had a room and my mum also had a room, both a deluxe room. However, my mum had a smart tv and great air con and we had no smart tv and the air con was poor. When i asked the man who worked there he basically shrugged his shoulders as if there was nothing could do and merely suggested we swap rooms with my mum. He was pretty unhelpful, we speak some spanish but he often seemed to not understand a thing but the lady who worked there did. If you do not speak spanish you will struggle here. One night the whole of Mancora lost power, as much as the hotel did what they could there was limited communication on the lack of water and when this would be back on which was not ideal. The breakfast was basic but ok, they could offer some fruit.

Location is not far from everything.

2 huge cockroaches in our room (budget double). Poor breakfast (but seems to be standard in northern Peru). No wifi in the room!!! Doors don't close properly and mosquitos sneak in. Showers are a joke, there is a "spray" of water instead of a stream. If you are tall, you won't be able to sit on the toilet. Pretty noisy. Overall totally overpriced for what you get.
