Second time back, absolutely love it here!. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Fantastic for family catch ups too! Can't fault anything about this property, it's definitely a home away from home and has everything you need and more. Will be back again.

Not noise proof with the studio next door. We could hear them and I was always worried about annoying them especially when our friends over for dinner from another apartment.

The facility exceeded our expectations. The excellent location was within an upscaled neighborhood offering scintillating scenic views nearby. The overall living experience in the facility had been very good.

Room was tidy and staff helpful and happy

No view, lack of decent table and not enough plugs beside bed… but don’t want to sound too negative because none of those are majors.

We stayed in a beautiful two bedroom apartment which had a fantastic modern kitchen with everything we needed to cook a nice meal. The high ceilings and gas fire made the living room a really lovely place to sit and have a wine and read when it was raining outside. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in the apartment. There was also a lovely outdoor eating area which I think would be great in warmer weather.

The location was amazing for us as we wanted to play golf, just note that if you are wanting to explore around the township it is a drive to get there - only a short 5-10 minute drive depending on where you want to go but worth checking if you don't have a car. The benefit of being just out of town was that it was very quiet and relaxing and the views of the surrounding countryside and mountains made for a tranquil outlook.

The location was a problem as we had no transport and it was a long walk into Kaikoura. It was booked for us by a travel agent - a great room but too far out for us.
