房間乾淨整潔，設備齊全。 夜晚周圍都沒人相當安靜。 大廳放有備品和漫畫可以使用，很貼心。 櫃檯服務良好。 距離東京車站步行約15分鐘，飯店對面有一家昭和拉麵很好吃。

Very clean, good location. Fantastic friendly staff.

A little cramped for space.

Comfortable beds, staff was very nice and helpful with check in, and they spoke great English. Was also very clean.

We got the twin bed room and it was very tiny in terms of space. We struggled to find space to open our suitcases and there was not much open space to move around in. Breakfast was quite sparse. Croissants, muffins, bread, some fruits and vegetables, and coffee. The problem is they had no bread toppings. No cold cut, no cheese, no jam, no Nutella, nothing. Would be great if they could add some of that to the menu.

good location and friendly staff

That there was a bath which was appreciated after a long flight to be able to relax. It was a budget no frills hotel that was just meant to be a quick base for one night before we went elsewhere in Japan.

Check in process is long. Also the room was ready earlier but they don’t let you do early check ins. Only one pillow per person (but we did ask for another and they obliged and the lady who bought the extra pillow was lovely)
