Quiet

The location of the hotel is near from the center of Kobe, but the area itself seemed surrounded by Pachinko, bars, and smokers/drunks at night. I felt a bit scary walking with my kid at around 22:00.

I extended my stay four times, think there is no hotel here that provides better value. Big spacious room, free wines and coffee, cheese and nuts, a good way to relax after a day out. It is also very walkable and supermarket is almost just right below and plenty of eateries and train stations nearby.

Affordable price and excellent hospitality.

Breakfast was not so good.

The location is very benefit, near Sannomiya station. The room was clear and staff was friendly with us.

The room was more than adequate. But I did pay a little extra for the size. Cleanliness around the corners and under the sofa was less than perfect.

The Wifi- which if I had been travelling for work, was woeful! two and a half nights of my stay, there was NO WIFI! But when I did complain, they refunded me some money.

The decor at the lobby was quite fancy and the staff were very welcoming and professional. They also provided the guests with free drinks and food at the lounge for a Happy Hour promotion. The room itself was slightly small, but not necessarily tight. It was very clean and cozy, and the bathroom was likewise clean. The amenities nearby were convenient, with a coin laundry and vending machine in the same floor.

There were issues with checking-in, specifically on the side of the hotel's system. However, this only resulted in a slight delay for our check-in, and the staff were able to process our booking quickly. The booking itself was quite expensive for the room size.

Amazing hotel - very comfortable beds, super clean, excellent bathroom, perfect location for seeing the sights and near a major train station. When we arrived, they were offering free drinks and snacks in the restaurant that evening, which was fantastic. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Had a very good tea selection. You can also choose from either using a drip coffee or grinding whole beans to make your own/use in a manual drip coffee maker. Near a supermarket which has food sale before closing.

Checking in was very slow so the lines were very long up to the elevator. The corridor was full of left bags. Our room wifi disconnects very frequently and sometimes has no signal. Little walk from Sannomiya station.
