The location was fantastic, the staff made us feel very welcome on arrival and throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable also. We stayed 2 nights and would highly recommend and will be back.

The fact we arrived here after 9 days and having no laundry facility was a pain in the backside but I can look past this as the entire stay was fantastic

大きくはないが静かで何よりスタッフの対応が良かった。そしてどこも清潔で良い時間を過ごせた。

特にないがしいて言うなら、ドリブルルームであったが椅子がもう一つあれば良かった。 朝食会場のホールスタッフが一名で大変そうだった。

室内の清掃も行き届いており、スタッフの方々の対応が丁寧で親切でした。 カードキーでなく昔ながらの鍵式ですが、ホテルの雰囲気にマッチしているというか、違和感はなかったです。バスルームは広く快適でした。

USBケーブルの差し込み口はなかったです。 持参するのを忘れたので充電器とケーブルをフロントで貸して頂きました。

内装が凝っていて非日常な時間を過ごせる。 パジャマも可愛い❤

朝食会場が寒くてゆっくりできませんでした。 最近では珍しく和食の要素がないラインナップは神戸だし、ホテルの世界観からすると統一感があって良いと思いますが、味はもっとこだわってほしかったです。

AC in the lobby area is very cold when you are waiting for someone, no coffee nor drinks available in the lobby.

This hotel might be a bit dated, but the location is great, comfortable, and has good value for money. The best thing about this place is the service. I had some issues with a local shop, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help me phoned the police and find the tourist helpline information. Thanks so much, Souke Minori and Nakanishi Kou, for your help! You both are superstars, and the hotel is lucky to have such excellent staff working for them.

Surrounded by resident apartment. Seven-Eleven is across hotel. Don Don store is three minutes walk. Quiet Neighour hood.

A slope toward the hotel. You need to push your luggage.

While thematic, this hotel was pretty average. So neither really bad or amazing. We stayed here for three people, so they had a pullout for my bed which I think was a bit too stiff for my back. The hotel is near a coin laundry which was nice, and the staff spoke some English. They helped us call a taxi to the station which was very nice.

This is another hotel in which it was hard to tell if the air conditioning worked. Sometimes I would hit the cool button, but it never felt like it was cooling and somehow it would change to auto without us looking. While the location was ok, it was not as close to the stations as I would hope (maybe 8 min walk), the hotel is on a bit of an incline as well. While not impossible, just a little tougher on my older parents. For young people this is probably no problem!

The room size just fit on 2 persons and bathroom was clean not a small. the staff was nice and the breakfast was taste great especially the bread and roast beef sandwich so yummy.love here.

the breakfast is delicious and awesome that provide Kobe beef and curry rice.

the Wi-Fi is not stable

The breakfast was nice but the seating was very small and had to wait over 30 minutes for a table to have breakfast. It sounded as though you had to make a booking for breakfast but we were never informed of this.
