What I don’t understand is they spending millions on refurb but still the same age old problem with the roof exist, if it’s windy the rattling is horrendous especially if on top floor!

Nice large clean room with comfortable bed and hospitality tray Loads of parking and friendly, efficient check in. Bathroom has all the basics you need Minutes from Eurotunnel and 24 hour check in made it ideal for a late night stopover

Such friendly helpfull staff who remembered us And why we return to this hotel several times this year. Plus we feel the car is parked in a secure place too.

Could have done with more power points in room as my husband needed one for medical purpose, there was only one apart from one tv was in so couldn’t charge phones etc if using medical equipment or kettle.

wonderful staff - multilingual/capable/friendly/funny, convenient location, very clean & comfortable with high thread count sheets and pillowcases plus super restaurant food. Brits shouldn’t consider staying in the Dover area - stop here instead.

Tired room, strange smell, generator noise all night. Obviously awaiting the refit.

For a fairly basic offering, this hotel is very clean with good beds. The staff are exceptionally pleasant. The shower had good water pressure and bath room spotless . Restaurant food was decent. Good drinks selection, too. Very good breakfast and safe car parking.

room was in need of maintenance, fittings had clearly been removed leaving a lack of places to put kettle etc, curtains were coming off their tracks and heating was noisy.
