Just the location od the property in terms of its distance from India expo mart is the usp of the hotel

The breakfast was very bad. We were served with some very low class food that was not even hot. There is nothing that you can get to eat if you come late in the night

The staffs who are responsible for room services and restuarant are really good people. They are much better and kind compared to the receptionists who were always grumpy for some reason or the other. I did feel like an unwelcomed guest. Not all rooms are as bad as mine, I saw similar sized rooms that had new furniture or looked better and felt they were worth the money. So if you are going to book, make sure you get what you are paying for.

It was a disappointment from start. If it were a cheap hotel like OYO, I would have agreed to put up with it. But I paid over 12k and booked a room with the option of two separate beds, instead I was given a single large bed. Room I was given was really old, so were the linens used. But I noticed some rooms were so much better. I guess we were given the worst room. I had selected rooms with the option of breakfast, which meant I had to pay a bit more. I was informed that I not choose the free breakfast option and was asked to pay Rs750 plus taxes for breakfast again. I do not know who is responsible for this, if its booking.com or the hotel itself. I basically paid for breakfast twice. And the last annoying thing is that we are given only one set of keys, if you have a colleague who maybe having a different program on the same day and if the key gets stuck with him/her, you will have to wait in the lobby.
