Sehr freundliches Personal, toller Ausblick, sauber. Restaurant im gleichen Haus darüber. Dusche mit heißem Wasser und gutem Druck. Dicke Wolldecken im Schrank
Etwas klamm alles, auch durch das Wetter etwas kühl, daher aber noch feuchter ohne Heizmöglichkeit oder Trockenmöglichkeit für Kleidung. Betten überaltert, als schwerer Mensch nicht komfortabel beschlafbar. Textilien sauber aber abgegriffen.

Value for money, good breakfast at the restaurant, it was clean...
No one answers messages on booking and also no one answers the phone. We called them all day and no one answered. We almost had to sleep in our car because of the lack of communication. Guy, working there saved us thanks god and let us in our room. The location is not the best.

everything super old, broken and dirty!! disgusting… hair everywhere, stinky and in the night super cold and damp. awfull place!
Dirty! and unfortunately the place attracted very weird people too that have been extremely loud in the night.

Really nice breakfast at the restaurants over the rooms. Breakfast menus of your choice! The room was cosy, but we thought it was a bit too cold. There was an extra radiator you could use! I would wish better cleaning of the bathroom. Like behind the toilet. Anyways, good location in Lay Hayas which was great for hiking in the Garajonay National Park and down to Valle Gran Rey. Busstation in a closeby intersection. Also, there's another supercute and beatiful shop and restaurant nearby, started by a famous lady called Efigenia (or something similiar) who makes wholegrain bread and her own jams and marmelades and moles! Must go if your in to DIY cooking and gardering. Plus they have vegetarian alternatives!!!
The temperature in the room, but it is quite typical for the old Spanish buildings to have cold floors and indoor temperatur during winter and nights. Also, a bit nasty just behind the toilet. Nothing to bad, but not the cleanest I've seen.

Great apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. Fast Wi-Fi. Quiet area and great location to discover the island. Nice hot shower.
The piping system made some weird sounds. It was cold in the apartment (blankets provided). Bring all your supplies as there was only a vegetarian restaurant open the day I stayed.

The breakfast and the sandwiches were delicious and the dinner was just a dream.
the room was clean but it did not include an everyday-cleaning.
the room was a little bit cold but there were two heaters.

Great location. Food in the restaurant was very yummy
Very basic. That includes bathroom. There was no staff at all - needed to wait 10 minutes to the guy at the bar to find a moment to open my room… very uncomfortable beds.

Good beds and shower.
Wrong address on the map. We arrived late and nobody was answering the phone. Called about 10 times before someone picked up and of vourse didnt speak anything but spanish. Loud from bar upstairs. All spanish hotels have thisnproblem. Paper thin walls. Extremely annoying especially since spanish are very noisy

The hospitality of the owners. They gave us a better room for the same price. The restaurant is fantastic.

The location and the restaurant are great. Pet friendly.
The room was full of mold. It was also very cold and the heater was broken, we were then provided with a replacement but we had to ask at least three times and follow up on it to make sure we got one. The room is also right under the bar/restaurant so it was very noisy, however after 11 pm it gets quiet. The very first night I sent the feedback with a complaint and a request to change the room via booking.com message service, but no reply has been received until now. We stayed there for three nights. Misleading information: we paid for an upgrade and it was mentioned that there would be a balcony- there is no balconies what so ever.
