Room was fine, beds were very comfortable.. Breakfast was excellent. Reception staff were helpful and friendly.

1. Bedside lights didn't work and bedside table was broken. 2. When we got into the taxi and asked to be taken to the Ibis Merignac, the driver asked us which one as there were three Ibis' in Merignac. We said we had no idea - so it would be helpful if the booking confirmation could make this more clear.

Smelly carpets everywhere, very small rooms, bad smells

Convenient location 2 tram stops from airport. Breakfast was good and lots of children's activities in the bar area.

Evening food was terrible and very expensive for what it was - all frozen food but named things like 'artisinal' on the menu. Taking advantage of people who get in after a long flight and are hungry and tired. One staff member for reception, bar, and kitchen to make food! I felt bad for her - how can you cook and attend the reception? Therefore service took a long time.

Our room was nice, cozy and clean. The hotel is very close to the airport. The staff is kind and helpful.

There was no proper ventilation or air conditioning in the room, so it was very hot even during the night.

Not as clean as it should be, aircon is the olderstyle, that just doesn't work. When you book a hotel with aircon, you expect aircon... Very disappointed that the aircon was not up to scratch. Small rooms, Supposed to be twin beds for two men sharing. The room was so small you could not get the beds more than an inch apart.

The room was not maintained. The bedside table was broken, part of the window was peeling off, no soap in the bathroom, the carpet looked like it had cigarette burns all over. Not like the photos.
