location size of apartment nicely furnished

there was some kind of water pump working every five minutes one floor above or in the apartment next door. so noisy that i had to sleep with earplugs restaurant for dinner: bad service, food came after one hour and was cold.

Our welcome was delightful from reception, the rooftop bar staff, and the restaurant. Their service was top notch - extremely professional, polite, and welcoming. We felt pampered with easy check in, love the free welcome cocktail on the roof and a 20% discount in the restaurant was well worth it. The street is quiet and while in the heart of it all, enjoys a tranquility. Big bathroom and kitchenette and elevator - all so convenient. Would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect - right in the center of the pedestrian streets. We had a little apartment with two bedrooms and a small kitchen, which we did not use. Very comfortable and clean. A nice breakfast (not included) outside.

everything was great and recommend. Just to note the couch was a bit old but adequate. Parking was 15 euros a day and was managed by the parking manager who was very efficient and friendly—not sure if we knew it would be 15 euros per day, it’s a Fair price now that we’ve been to Sicily, but adds up

Nice hotel on a central location in Trapani. The staff was super friendly. We had a nice, clean & spacious apartment. The beds were really comfortable. A valet was arranged for us, so we didn´t have to worry about our car. We received a welcome drink in the hotel bar, which was highly appreciated. Overall a nice stay!

Even an hour before the end of breakfast service many products were not refilled. You had to come early. This was the most expensive accommodation we stayed in during our holiday, and value for money was quite disappointing. For the price we payed in shoulder season, we definitely expected more. Still, nice hotel and nice staff.
