Accommodation was located close to bigger supermarket (around 200 m) and beach (around 400 m) and it was not far from bus station and train station either. AC worked well, when electricity worked. Room was fine.

There was self check-in, but we did not receive any clear instructions in advance. First of all we had to ring the bell to the reception, they opened us door distantly and then we had to call the receptionist through our phones so the second door would be opened as well. The sound through phone was not very clear, so it took longer time to understand where and how we find the keys. It would be much easier if we received written self check-in instructions in advance like was the case in all the other places which we visited. Also, there was twice powercut of electricity in our room. First time we called with the receptionist and she advised us how to turn it on through fuse, which was quite difficult to find out since it was in this emergency room where were located fuses for all rooms. In this kind of situation, employees of the property should have taken care of it. During the second powercut receptionist came to our room and just said that we should not use too many electronic devices, so it was not possible to take a shower, use AC and cook at the same time, which we found very inconvenient. All these issues unfortunately ruined our stay, which could be otherwise nice.

Contact with the apartment host was difficult. We cannot obtain a passcode for a box where keys were kept and also a number of apartment. I was writing on booking and on whatsapp and I was not able to get z response. She replied to my messages very late when we were almost at the place. What is more, a hairdryer was broken in some way that it used only cold air and it was useless. I asked on booking and on whatsapp about different one and of course I didn't get any response. Another thing is that there wasn't any kettle in the room.

Very economic apartment near the center. Free parking at the door and very easy to get the keys.

It was equipped with the absolute minimum. No one's home. A place for one night and nothing else

Very clean and spacious appartment. Directly located at the beach and close to the city center (within walking distance). A lot of free parking space around the building.

Clean facilities, big rooms

Not really cozy to stay in the apartment. In the bathroom there is very limited space for ones toiletteries. Communication with the host was okay, but the checkout was not well organized.

We had a small issue and Daniela who works there, came quite quickly to assist us and resolved the issue immediately after having contacted Martina.

The location is superb, kitchen well equipped, parking was quite easy to find

Mosquitos, squeaky doors

We were asked that after check out to put the rubbish out for all 4 buckets to its big container.which was a first. Also badly organised check in. We were already in the room for 1 hour and then were made to wake up to finalise check in.

Great apartment

Very good location, you can park the car easily, in front of the building. The apartment was spacious and newly furnished.

I found hairs in the bed, and in the shower as well when we have arrived.

The flat was great, very close to Trapani center (10 mins walking). Martina was a great host and stayed up late to check us in despite our flights being delayed. The flat was very clean and spacious too.
