Nice apartment rooms with a kitchenette that makes it easier to travel with kids, nice swimming pool to be used with children, the staff is friendly and gave us a good advice what to visit in towns around

The termoglass (?) window in the room wasn't sealed, the wind was entering the room and maintenance staff had to come to seal it, yet the wind was coming through the holes in the wall made for air conditioner. We had to put an extra blanket over it (!) to be able to sleep with not so much cold air coming from the wall. Also you are explicitly obliged not to take away anything from a buffet breakfast (I can't explain to my baby that she can't take away a muffin if she doesn't have any breakfast ontime)

Service in general was very good, the hot tinajas was great

The bath tube was very small

The worst attitude of the staff. At the reception they humiliate, they don’t offer a late check-out. In the presence of other guests, they say leave now. Can't find a compromise. I advise sometimes to look in Google who your visitors are.

Amazing views from the 4th floor rooms. Scandinavian design. The free spa is top notch.

Staff was awesome, restaurant was OK, good service and tasty, I'd probably like more options to choose from the menu. Breakfast was fine, view is great. The hotel upgraded me after complaining for the room, so overall the staff took good care of me and my family. Exterior hot tubs are good, with a great view but time restrictions apply due to covid and 2/3 of them were in operation. It's quiet enough to get a pretty comfortable sleep.

The rooms I booked barely had any view and had super small windows. I felt in the need to request an upgrade otherwise I would have felt too uncomfortable. Which is fine, only that I didn't feel it matched the price I paid for the room. I wish the swimming pool was cleaner. Metal bars were quite dirty. They were replacing the flooring and the interiors of course looked really ugly. That's okay, but I would have expected a warnining or a discount when I booked.

Good breakfast, great views, nice decoration, very clean, good meals, very nice restaurant staff.

Apparently, Toilet door is not meant to be closed. Is made of glass and doesn't have a lock, which is a little uncomfortable. Shower door doesn't close. TV never worked, apparently the bill wasn't paid...they couldn't fix it and didn't offer anything to compansate. I didn't really care for the TV, but it would have been nice if they proactively offered something....i had to ask them not to charge me for de swim caps, which they nicely accepted.
