Location and views are great. Beautiful, modern architecture. Conmfortable rooms. Accomodations are stellar.
Pool was not available, a pity in the middle of the holidays season (was not brought up ahead of arrival). Subpar gym. Little issues with the dining area (weird table disposition, loud music, twee service).

Wow, amazing setting, views, atmosphere, interior! Staff were friendly and welcoming! Spa treatments were excellent. The fires in the room created a hygge experience we will always remember
Service was slightly slow (sorry! Maybe we are too rushed!) and limited food options. We don’t eat beef so didn’t have much choice

Good breakfast although the staff was distracted.
Wasn't able to have a la carte dinner because there was a set 5 or 7 course dinner we didn't feel like having.
The room was beautiful but there was a noise that went on and off all day and night, from a boiler I think. Also there was a coffee maker in the room but it was impossible to plug it in to the electric current. Room service was extremely slow.
Disappointing for the price.

it’s a small hotel but all the spaces are very well thought, it’s very comfortable and the view of the lake is magnificent!!
the indoor pool had no working light so the pool looks too dark to use it at night, and also the massage pool was not working,

Location and decor are great. Meals were slow. Only little choice for lunch and dinner and too „creative“ for our taste.

Room was great! View was outstanding! Staff was friendly, and tried.
Restaurant was really terrible, and given the location, this was a problem. It meant a 25 minute drive into town for every lunch and dinner (breakfast at Awa was fine). And, while the staff was friendly and tried, many were new, and relatively untrained. When we complained about a really bad dinner, the staff didn’t have any idea about action to take (reduce the bill by the bad meals, offer us a free dinner the next day, etc.)

I like the location is very quiet and peaceful. Rooms are amazing with a fantastic view and everything you need.
It is a pricey hotel but the standards are definitely good. Very good service and spa.

Fantastic views of Lago Llanquihue and Volcán Osorno. Very friendly and efficient staff.
The air conditioning in our room never worked properly. As the room has huge windows this meant excessive heat.

The design of the property and rooms as well as upkeep is excellent. The restaurant and food choices exceptional: daily changing lunch and dinner menus.
The sports facilities need an upgrade. There is a very nice spa area with an exercise room but they need to put some decent gym equipment or at least a rack of weights. Apart from that the pool and spa are excellent.
