Very nice location by the river. Very close to the aquapark as well as the city centre. We could use an underground garage which was great but even if we hadn't booked the parking place in advance there still would be enough space for parking nearby ( a big parking lot in front of the property). The apartment was well equiped and clean. We brought our own bed sheets and towels. There was a big balcony with table and chairs. All the beautiful places of the town vere very close, in a few minutes walk.

The walls and floors of the flat were quite thin so we could hear everything what was happening in the apartment above us (our neigbours weren't quite calm people!). Some plates and pots in the kitchen weren't clean, we had to wash them ourselves. Wifi signal was very poor, only at few places of the apartment. Tha town in general is very calm, there aren't many possibilities where to eat out, but this is obviously not the problem of the accomodation. We also booked breakfasts in a nearby hotel Zur Post which absolutely weren't worth 10€ per adult, we were quite disappointed.

Great-sized apartment with everything you need in a lovely town. Fab view of the river and within walking distance of two nice restaurants and the swimming baths.

The mattresses in the children's beds are too soft and need to be updated.

Location. location. location.

A very nice apartment was spoilt by three things that were reported on the first day but never fixed. 1. No heating - the apartment was very cold especially at night and the heating system was not working or had been turned off by the owner (time share system I believe). 2. TV - the picture was very had to see and despite the TV being relatively new, it looked as if it was broken - it could be related to the antenna distribution system, not being up to the task. 3. WiFi was too weak to be able to be connected to reliably - this is not unusual in these apartment blocks and other apartment will not have had this problem. I would have expected the first two problems to be resolved quickly but apart from reception passing the message on to the owner, no action was taken during our stay. The third (WiFi) problem is a larger problem that would not have been able to be resolved quickly.

Reception is open only 2 hours everyday and when we arrived they already left. There weren't any bed linens and towels in the room. I got them from the laundry room which were too old and damaged. First night was horrible. Next day I was able to see someone in the reception and took clean towels and bed linens. But they charged them to me. After a bit discussion, they applied a discount but I didn't like it.
