The shower area always floods into the bathroom & nit acceptable, into the living area. This is my second time I'm staying at Oak Plaza Hotel & on a different floor/room & both rooms, the bathroom floods into the living area. This problem needs to be addressed, otherwise, the rest of the hotels fine.

Good service

The food I ordered in the night was too expensive.

It was central and near to the airport. Good choice of food for breakfast. Staff were well mannered and friendly. It was very comfortable.

I have no negative feedback of the property.

The shower was a high risk. The hot/cold seemed self regulatory. It almost burnt my skin if I wasn’t fast enough to throw away the phone shower. This could be very dangerous. It is for this singular reason that I have rated it as fair.

We showed up after our wedding. From staff accommodated our early arrival and upgraded our room which was very nice.

My friends who arrived with us went to the bar and waited 45 minutes for a salad and then when we joined them we waiting 25 minutes for someone to come so they could pay the bill and then another 15 to talk to someone about the delay and we finally had to walk all the way down to the front desk to find someone to adjust the bill. I thought that prices at the restaurant and bar where way to high for the service provided. I also didn’t like that my bill was showing a charge for outlet usage. It’s weird to charge someone for the use of electricity when there is a room charge and it is just something expected with a room, as an international traveler.

A small room with a filthy old bathroom. The air conditioner will give you the age of the room itself! It leaks everywhere when you take a bath. The towels were old and brownish white. Time to renew the towel supplies. Hotel seems hesitant to give a second key to the room. The view from the room was pitiful! Very disappointed..
