Embassy gardens is great, and has a good balance with amazing swimming pools. We were lucky to get one of the larger studios which has all the essential amenities. Location is very central and convenient. Our host was very accommodating to all our requests and the room is clean.

What breakfast? Do you mean that high over price restaurant, I ate there the very first day because nothing else was around but after that I and other people stayed the hell out of it way over price and when I was there people keep complaining one guy order was wrong as he discovered when he went up to his room.
Wasn't able to get assistance when it was need had to wait for the host, instead of having someone that could address the problem immediately, this was a Maintenace issue. that should have been handle at the time it was presented. Another thing two weeks stray I was only given two towels, no wash clothes. lack of soap!

The secured apartment is in an upscale area of Accra with modern facilities
I got an apartment that is different to my booking, the balcony is on the outside, instead of facing the nicer inside with pool. The internet was terrible and I had to request soap.

I really strongly recommend this flat. I had a great stay and it was amazing. The size of the flat was very good and the kitchen was well-equipped. The sanitaires were in a very clean state as was the rest of the flat. The compound in which the flat is located is extremely nice and well-situated. The host is amazing and very responsive. Thank you for a great stay.
The only complaint would be that in the morning it is a bit noisy due to people talking and walking in the corridor and the immediate vicinity of the stairs and lift.

Room was obviously worse for wear, dim lighting, poor cleaning over an extended period of time has left stains, requires a revamp to make it feel new and welcoming

Clean, secured location with friendly and effective management team
There is only one canteen with limited food and provisions varieties with so many apartments at property. It means tenants will always ride cabs to buy most provisions at commercial centers, as property is located in a diplomatic enclave.

Location on Embassy Row, 20 min. drive from the airport. Nice, modern well kept facilities.
Be aware that this is a independent rental unit within a rather large condominium complex. The units reps were very nice! The condo reps and staff at the front desk were not very pleasant or welcoming and try to avoid helping you as you are not one of their clients. Even got shade in the small cafe located on the premises. There are no local stores, shops or restaurants within walking distance of this location. A car or taxi is required.
