the room was very fresh and clean. the access to old town is a short walk. quiet location

the outside patio is not comfortable or pleasant. the communication from property manager did not accurately inform us that the meeting place was not where we would be staying

The comfort, location and value of the apartments was outstanding. The staff was exceptional friendly and willing to assist with any requests we had.

There is nothing we could list that was a negative.

The location of the appartamen is great in the middle of old city

First, there are many photos on the booking page of different apartments and we could not know which of them is going to be assigned to you, since he cannot identify it a priori. the address of the page does not match with the current address of its owner all very confusing. The television had NO connection

Location at the old centre of Split with a group of 9 friends. Accommodation is okay. Staff very friendly; our Aircondlting broke during the stay and was fixed within a few hours.

Location was exceptional. Accommodation was spacious and clean with every facility you’d require for a great stay. The hosts were so nice and helpful with more than just the accommodation. Great value for money- can’t recommend highly enough!

The room was recently renovated so everything was new & clean. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and room came with a fridge which was ideal. Arrived early before check in and were able to leave our bags at the local meeting point whilst we went for lunch.

Not the fault of the property but Booking.com advertises this property at a particular location, it turns out they have lots of apartments all over the city and the address is for their main office. So we weren’t where we thought we would be in terms of location. Images are of all the different options they have so don’t assume you will be getting the ones with the purple curtains! The meeting point is right by the fish market (for anyone who couldn’t figure it out on maps like me!)

Could not get hold of host at all. Checkin was delayed by 4 hrs. Address of apartment is outdated & incorrect.

The location of the apartment is really good.

We arrive one hour later because we had some problems with our car and the owner ask us for 25€ for a late check-in

Superb location in the heart of the old town. All the sightseeing, restaurants and cafés on your doorstep, with essential shops nearby. The apartment was impeccably clean, very spacious and very comfortable for our two families of four adults and four children in all. We had everything we needed for our two nights stay. Communication was excellent throughout with our host who couldn't have been more kind and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nothing! The apartment matched the description and met our expectations. It was good value for money for such a large space in such a good location. The kitchen was small but equipped with all the essentials. The two bathrooms were spacious and very well appointed.

Being charged an extra 5% for making a card payment and having to go to the office first to do so.
