The host brought us the keys and arranged a transfer from the airport. furthermore, they were easy to contact and the house was very clean and had everything we needed. Everything was really close to the apartment so there was no need to take ubers, we could walk everywhere.

there was a cat that walked in all the time which is owned by the neighbors, so you could not leave the windows open when you left.

The Hosts were really nice and helped us out with transfers etc. The location is perfect - close to the city center, but in a calm area. The outdoor lounge is perfect for breakfast.

the barbecue and the plenty of space we had in the rooms (with AC) and living room

the lack of AC in the dining/living room :-( and the structure of the showers which made it imposible to keep the bathroom clean (because the floor was always impossibly wet)

We have a lot a beds for all of us and the living room and the kitchen was big and with all the stuff. Everything was really nice

We had a couple of peacocks that were so loud during the whole day. The worst neighbours you can have in this apartment

we were awaited and welcomed !

Very clean and cozy apartment fully equipped and great location. Easy to park, free parking around the premises.

Amazing place in the center of Split! A very quiet area, but close to the shop and to the city center. The host has provided perfect instructions for self check in and communication was perfect.

Nothing. It is well equipped and even has a heater which you need in winter :)

The location the cleaning of the room and the owner was the best.

was a big house with lots of space, and nice garden. all equipment was available

everything was old and dated, sofa living room not pleasantly to sit on. kitchen not organized.

Very nice house in a central location just outside the old city center. The host lady was very nice, waited for us at the street to indicate us where to park (for free just in front of the house) and give us the keys and indications. The room was quite OK, with all the necessary things.

No real complains, there are some birds in the area that make noise during the day but normally its quiet during the night. Maybe it would be nice to add some hangers on the walls to put the towels and jackets.

The location is quiet and green.and quite central.the outside space is cute. The house has some charm. The room was clean. With AC. Kettle. Private Bathroom. Good overall.

Would be good if there were a common kitchenette as there are other rooms.

It's close to the city center, yet quiet and with nice terrace. Was perfect for two families with kids. The detached room was a great addition for two elder girls who had their own entrance. The neighbours are lovely couple. We loved every peacock that wandered around the house, honestly, beautiful birds.
