The service was very good. The personal was really helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, by car Brasilito is only 10 mins away and Flamingo is 5 mins. The rooms were clean and there are minimal rules so that the guests are not bothered by noise. Overall very nice experience, it is the the second time I stay here.

The location is very good! the facilities are very nice, clean, large outdoor areas to rest. Very quiet, no noise, no distractions! excellent to disconnect and rest. very close to many beaches. many restaurants nearby.

The size of the bathroom in villa 6 is very small. A tv is needed in the room.

I think the staff could be more helpful. I didn't have help with luggage, nobody told me about closer parking lot and outdoor showers..

The house rules are pretty strict, which turned us off a little. But the friendly staff made up for that. The restaurant and bar were closed, looked like long-term. that is unfortunate, because there isn't really anything available in walking distance. But we had a fridge in the room, so bought our own drinks.

We did not have breakfast.

My husband thought the fan was too noisy. It may have had speeds but we didn’t know.

Restaurants and beach are not far away. An easy walk in distance, but the road is narrow and very busy, and it is not easy or pleasant or safe to walk anywhere from this property, particularly after dark.

Well maintained and Awesome common areas, pool, gardens and cleanliness are great. Very good vibe. You clearly see that it is taken care of and that the facilites are great. It's pretty safe too since it is a gated place.

Communication with staff was a little bit hard. Probably a new hire that needs a lil bit more of time.
