Water of commod faucet was not going in drain but towards bath area. No shower on top but inly hand held small shower
Restaurant was closed . Food only in room and no phone in room to order food ! You have to all the way down to order.

The location and the nice staffs.
The rooms are moldy, with strong mold odor. It seriously need a thorough renovation. The towel and bedsheets looks worn out. The room is dingy, not bright and clean as in the picture.

Location is convenient to several restaurants and other businesses.
The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too soft.
Furnitures and walls were marked and chipped.
Hot water in the shower was only just hot enough.
There was loud music coming from the street all night untill dawn in the morning.

the location is very near to Kuta and culinary places
the smell of the room and the bed sheet is dirty. I found a brown spot on each bed (I chose a twin bed). the towel was bad, it shouldn't be used anymore

Manager gave me a compensation for late check out until 6.30pm
I booked for disable room for 3 nights! but the room key has broken, so i can’t check in in the only disable room the’ve got! I have a problem shower in normal bathroom! I only shower twice during my stay, with my friend’s help.

the room was quite spacious, comfortable and clean. AC and water worked very good. staffs were also very friendly and helpful.

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Plus, there was a small kids playroom in the lobby with books, pencils and various toys. The pool has a shallow section for kids too.
The room was a bit dated and.the shower had good water pressure, but it wasn't hot at all, it was luke warm at best.

Well located, easy to go to the beach by taxi or to Seminyak or the airport.
Good beds and quiet location
The hotel has certainly of more than 2 years closure. the walls in our rooms were moldy and there was a terrible smell in the rooms. No continental breakfast served, only toasts and local food.

the price and big bed
very dirty! facilities weren’t clean. bed linen had marks on, pillows was yellow, ‘clean towels’ had marks on on top of general cleaning of the whole building. no sun on the pool area and only two seats outside.

Good location - very accessible. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and convenient stores within walking distance. Service was alright. Lighting and amenities are alright.
The property needs some revamps - especially furnitures in the room that are partly chipped/broken. The bathroom flooring is VERY slippery when wet, and anti-slip mat was dingy. The garden in the middle of the property needs to be maintained. Parking is limited. Wi-Fi wasn't stable.
