Pulizia zone comuni da rivedere. Appartamento da rimodernare. Essendo zona di affitti turistici un po’ rumorosa la notte.

Fantastic location. Clean, safe and secure apartment. Has everything u might need for a short stay in Seville. Beds comfortable kitchen and bathroom were clean. They even cleaned after 2 days stays with fresh linen and towels which was unexpected and very pleasing Note they have different locations around Seville we arrived at morgado st. I would definitely use them again. Thank you zentral team

We were locked out of my appointment the first night and staff were not available to help as i arrived at 11pm. Be sure the code they give u for the apartment is right. Double check it with them. Be careful if its same code for building and apartment. Communication with staff over WhatsApp or booking.com is great during the day.. problem can occur if out of hours. They did have a phone line which u can call.. but there is a risk to getting an answer out of hours as we found.

Location.

Towels smelled bad. Showers were cold. Room was not very clean. Other guests were partying in the terrace until 2AM.

Good location, clean and communication was good.

The main bedroom’s AC wasn’t working properly so the room was kinda warm. The apartment idea is good but it needs more shelves in the shower and bedrooms. It feels more like a hotel without reception than a apartment if that is what you are looking for. Wifi was useless.

It was a little hard to find but we really enjoyed the luxury of a whole apartment! Everything that you needed was there! We cooked breakfast each morning and one dinner and the fridge and washing machine were a bonus too! Not as close to old town and a lot of the tourist spots as we’d hope but we used the hop on hop off bus to get around due to it being so hot! Good restaurants and dining just down the road and supermarket!

The property presents great, just a bit out of where we needed to go! A plug in the kitchen sink would be helpful!🤣

The apartment was very clean and had a nice bathroom with a good shower. The staff when we did contact them were pleasant and helpful.

The communication pre arrival was poor and confusing. The code didn’t work when we arrived late at night and we had to make a phone call and try several options before we could get in. Also the WiFi code was supposed to be in apartment and we had to go to the office next day to get it.

Perfect location and really clean flat. Spacious, bright and comfortable.

Maybe it would be nice to have more cutlery and dishes but we didn't really cook much.

Location, cleanliness and security.

1. Noisy neighbours in apartment opposite and below(socialising indoors until 1.30) and smoking through open windows. Kitchen window above common outdoor area needs to be double-glazed or sound-proofed, as it acts as an amplifier for inconsiderate, penny-pinching groups who would rather drink indoors all night instead of going to one of the hundreds are great restaurants and bars in Seville. 2. Fresh linen and towels would have been good.

Perfect location in the centre, lively coffee shop below which does a great breakfast for 3,95€ of toast, jamón, coffee and fresh orange. The apartment is great with separate bedroom each with ensuite. All beds had waterproof mattress protector s with quality mattresses sheets qnd duvets. Communication was great from the Zentral office, quick to reply.

I wasn't aware of the need to give credit card number before as security, but no issue. Everything else was great :-)
