We stayed in Ferienwohnung Schlemmer for 2 weeks in August with our 3 children and had a wonderful stay. It is a beautiful spacious apartment with an amazing view of the mountains from the balcony. The apartment is very well equipped with a brand new kitchen and everything you need for a longer stay. Helmut is an extremely friendly and helpful host, who made is feel at home throughout our stay. Our son commented that this was the best holiday he had ever had! Thank you again Helmut for a wonderful holiday. A good tip - if you stay here in Summer (1st May - 31st Oct) you will also receive the Bregenzerwald Gaestekarte from the local tourist information (minimum stay 3 nights). This entitles you to free use of cable cars and swimming pools in the Bregenzerwald region for the duration of your stay. We highly recommend Ferienwohnung Schlemmer for anyone wanting to visit the Bregenzerwald mountains and Bregenz, with its beautiful lakeside promenade. Doren itself is well located between the lake (Bodensee) and the mountains.
