Very bad stuff.. reception are no answer the phones call... swimming pool in out of service. They didn't mention that 😕.. .. Internet WiFi Very wick, bad uncomfortable 😐, the reception refused to let me in with out pay deposit 25 BD ... when i checked out they give me back 24 BD .. hotel rolse 👎👎👎👎

Nice location across the road from Seef Mall. Bedroom was large with a bath tub and separate shower and dual bathroom sinks.

Requested a non smoking room but when checking in they just gave me a smoking room. Previous guest left a half bottle of whiskey on the floor next to the bed, this was not cleaned from previous guest. Rooms not the cleanest and requires a deep clean plus room maintenance is not high on the agenda.

بصراحه عجبني الموقع يجنن وقريب من كل شي والمطاعم الموجوده في الفندق افخم المطاعم ريحوني اني ادور مطاعم قربه ثانيا الستاف يجننو ومحترمين ومتعاونين ويرحبو بالزوار ومعامله راقيه

تم التاخر الى الساعة 4:30 pm في تسجيل الدخول من قبل الفندق مع العلم انه الساعة 3 المفروض ادخل وتم الاتصال علي وطلب تسجيل الخروج الساعة 12 بدون اي تعويض

الموقع قريب من جميع الخدمات ، والغرف واسعه ومريحه. وموظفين الاستقبال متميزين خصوصا الاستاذة عائشة ..

The reception crew. The room’s size. The hotel’s crew. The location.

Timings in waiting for elevators. The bathroom’s door cannot be locked. The AC was not working properly.

Nothing to say except it was horrible,I booked 2 nights half board and left after the first night... The whole hotel is worn out and I don't know how it's categorizes as 5 stars.

Whole hotel,food ,staff ,,...... everything was unpleasant.

Relatively cheap.

Parking is either outside on dirt with no shade or deep in the underground garage that is more like a hot dungeon smelling of fumes and paint. The room was 3 floors under the club/japanese restaurant so we couldn’t get any sleep all night. The staff never mentioned this when we checked in. The hallway outside the room is dark and creepy. Nobody came to check on the room but we had to pay for extra water when we asked for it.

The surface was very bad and the suite was dirty and missing everything, and when I called the roof surface, I have to call for few time to someone to answer and no one help it’s really bad experience. I never go back say in this hotel 

WIFI SERVICE IS TERRIBLE - ITS NOT CONSISTENT AT ALL
