The hotel is cosy and is a good gateway if you seek relaxation.
We stayed two nights, everything was perfect, special thank you to Kahina, Asma, Mena and Youssef, everyone one was professionnel anf knew what they are doing . Poeple working in the pool area were very helpfull and madevour stay very delightful.
hotel manager was very professionnel and works hand to hand with his staff , excellent and thank you.

تغيير جدا ملحوظ من ناحية الجودة والاحترافية في الفندق. بدايه من الاستقبال والاكل والمسبح والنظافة حتى الراحة. حقا استمتعت بسكني في الفندق . مع الشكر الجزيل لفريق الاستقبال في الفندق بالاخص الاستاذة نانسي فعلا كانت محترفه بالعمل من حيث اللباقه الروح وتسهيل اجراءات الحجز بناء على رغبة نزلاء الفندق.ولا انسى اشكرالموظفين اللذين يعملون بالمسبح بالاخص اسلام. فعلا تجربه جميلة وتستحق التجربة مره اخرى . مرة اخرى شكرا جزيلا نانسي و فريق رويال سراي

The room and the location were wonderful. Big thanks to the staff, especially Nancy at reception, who went out of their way to make our stay special for my wife's birthday!
I felt the beach area needed work, there were sharp areas in the sand and there was some cigratte butts, bottles and discarded plastic. The pool was too warm for August and could have done with a chiller.

The good reply by the stuff when the guest complaining about some thing.
The guy was tiny and not up to the standard of the hotel level. Also the general atmosphere of the hotel not suitable for families nothing to interesting was there. Always the lighting in the hotel is weak and very dim all the time. In the breakfast was not delicious and not fresh, there was some mosquitoes and flies on the food, and the cheef and the cook was not focused on who was ordering from him and there were not many customers.

كلللل شي في الهوتيل استثنائي بكل تفاصيلة شكرا لكل منسوبي الفندق على تعاملهم الراقي والف شكر لأصحاب هذا المشروع الذي يدل على الذوق الرفيييع الفخم لأهل البحرين الأشقاء .. تجربة مميزة وبإذن الله نكررها قريباً
