location was handy for the function held

the room was disgusting, could not get the smell out of my clothes upon leaving. the room has seen better days and needs to be tidied up asap. I saw a couple of other rooms in much better condition and smell

could use a good spring clean. some dubious stains on the ceiling and grimy cobwebs and mould in the shower

Good location on the way to Yarra Valley

Old motel room with even older bathroom. Shade was broken partly so had to fix it with bed cover not to see in the room. it was a non smoker room but definitely people smoked in before. Had to wait long to check out and transferring back deposit was not too smooth.

we love the location and value for money with club facilities walking distance from the front door , great staff, Kylie realy looked after us. Thankyou

scheduling of the rooms could be better , quiet nights while we was there but everyone was on top of each other, nead tk space things better for extra comfort

The on site restaurant/bistro was handy. We paid an extra $50 for an upgrade on the room . Not real sure what that was but maybe the fact that our room was serviced and fresh towels everyday or that our room was upstairs. If we stood in the right spot we could get a glimpse of the mountain views through the trees.

Waiting over an hour for meals on 2 occasions and closer to 2 hours for our last meal there, watching other patrons come, eat and go while finishing our pre dinner drinks and the bottle of wine that we had bought to go with our meals long before the meals arrived. Excuse was our docket had been lost..... each time. Maybe once but not three times!! The meals were lovely when they finally did arrive.
