Gill and Andrew were wonderful host. Making a weekend away for my dad's 80th extra special. Balloons & Prosecco were left in his room which was great. The breakfast was amazing, with great quality products used. Many thanks and we would definitely recommend. 😀 would use again for sure if we are in the area again.

We loved everything. This is a very comfortable, well maintained and well furnished property. The bed in room 2 was the best we've used in any stay. Pre-ordering breakfast by ticking options on a list for each individual, allows a very extensive cooked, cold or continental breakfast to be offered at a pre-determined time slot. Jill and Andrew are efficient, freindly, hosts. Thank you both.

The breakfast table is the large table in the images. We believe we could have been sharing this table with other guests, which we would not have enjoyed. (There are three letting rooms) As it turned out, the third place setting we saw each evening had been cleared by 8:30 when we went down for breakfast, so it didn't impact us.

Beautiful place, very friendly owners, large spacious room with really comfortable beds, nothing was to much trouble and delicious breakfast.

The only thing missing was some coasters in the bedroom for hot drinks but we used folded tissues which we had brought with us.

Very warm welcome. Fabulous service. Extremely comfortable room - huge en-suite. Delicious, cooked to order breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. We were made to feel as if we were at home. Beautiful building with lovely old furniture. Plenty of on road parking just outside - nicely tucked away from the main road. Christmas decorations were very tasteful. Lovely welcome from Gertie the family dog who would happily keep you there for hours to fuss her (especially her floppy ears).

Our bedroom was quite small and we could have done with two chairs to watch tele of an evening. We fully understand that the lounge was not in use because of Covid so limited to our bedrooms.

The breakfast was individually chosen and exceptionally well cooked and presented. This is such an impressive 1920 Art Deco style property, it was like staying in a "stately home" into which we were most kindly welcomed.

Location was excellent a short walk from the dunes and beach and just off the main road both north( of the town and easy access into Great Yarmouth .
