Location is very strategic. Plenty stores, restaurants, spas near the hotel. Wifi is around 30Mbps download and upload. I sometimes get disconnected. But I can work remotely from the hotel. Breakfast is ok.

Bathroom wasn't clean Noisy I found cockroaches in the room

The transfer to the hotel was excellent, close to the airport, divine breakfast, kind staff, great location. In a central but still quiet location. The shopping street is 10 meters away. Nice pool.

No sense of hospitality exist here. No welcome, no fresh towels not even a water in our room after 12hrs of flight and it was our third time back. Shame on you and shame on your management. Sitting there doing nothing and play with your phone instead of helping guest. Order food and took you 25 minutes to put together a disgusting old food for us instead of cooking fresh food for your guest. Give it up people, go and do something else maybe selling an ice cream or something selling fans. Awful place, disgusting food and zero hospitality. You deserve only cheap customers. Shut it down and go home.

The location is great if you are looking for staying around in Legian area

My room located above the lobby, it’s very noisy in the morning as many people doing check in & out and as well noise from cars that dropping off guest.

The bed was comfortable and aircon worked great! Pool was also nice barely had anyone out there

breakfast didn’t really accomodate for Australians and room wasn’t as it looked in pictures. the balcony was very narrow and looked onto buildings which was ok. found it a bit hard to communicate with staff. music from near by clubs go to all hours - great place to stay if you love night life
