Breakfast was good.

We were unable to find a restaurant in the evening, all booked with sports teams. Perhaps we could have been given advice beforehand. But then of course we would not have booked with you!

Situation, convenient to get away north on the motorway.

1. Horrible bed. Small room. Slept badly. Felt exhausted for our long drive the next morning. 2. Small paper cups...nothing else supplied. 2 tiny shower towels and a bath mat for two guests. 3. Noisy aircon in the room. 4. Lack of communication/help given on arrival. Having previously stayed in other Ibis and Ibis budget hotels I thought that we had been allocated a budget room instead of a normal Ibis room by mistake. I checked at reception before leaving. We were extremely disappointed by the hotel.Won't be returning! Definitely overpriced🙄.

Breakfast was v good for choice but hot food was left out on unheated plates, so was NOT HOT! Had stayed 2 weeks before at the next door budget hotel and thought an upgrade would be good. It was very little difference in rooms and equipment therein. Certainly not worth the upgrade Only benefit was the better choice at breakfast and bar was in the building.

when we ate there 2 weeks ago the snack choice was adequate but on arrival this time a lot of choices were unavailable due to grill broken and several items not in stock. Room wasn't worth the upgrade from Budget hotel and drain in sink blocked.
