Nos quitaron el aire acondicionado a mitad de la noche, no hay wifi, los balcones están separados entre sí por una tela por lo que no se puede tener abierto el balcón (0 seguridad), muy caro para lo que es. La playa masificada de gente

We went during off season, so only very few guests. In-spite of this, the hotel managed to provide good food. Location is just amazing. Staff were very helpful and courteous.

Nothing significant, however the facility looks bit under maintained although it had tried to put best effort by having modern furniture's and fixtures. Lift had problem while coming down as the lobby button was malfunctioning, so we had to visit -1 and climb up the stairs. Good walking though.

The view from the balcony to the beach was beautiful, The night staff at the bar was really kind. Definitely worth a visit.

Not all that glitters is gold. Despite Mercure Quemado’s appealing exterior, our experience inside was mixed. The overall hotel and bar design felt outdated, and the in-room technology, such as the TV and sensors, were old. Our encounter at the spa was frustrating due to a staff member’s unprofessional and rude behavior. The closing time of the seaside door (9-10 PM) was inconvenient, often leaving us waiting for the guard. The balconies’ separation was merely a tarpaulin, which was bothersome. Moreover, we found the hotel to be quite expensive compared to the value and quality of services it provided.

The location is great. Amazing view on the beach. Direct access to the beach. It has an amazing pool. We swam during the night in the pool and the water was super. The beds are comfortable and the rooms were clean.

While checking in, we didn't receive a good welcome. From such an esteemed hôtel, you would expect a better treatment. At reception, we felt like we were ruched into the process without explaining to us where to go, what the number they wrote on the key card means, or how to call reception. We made a mistake and booked a double bed room and wanted the switch to a single bed room. We offered to pay more to make the switch. The staff were flexible enough to join the beds together into a single bed. For the money it's not worth it.

Location

The lift was 50% of time not working, same thing for the room key, every time i had to take the stairs to go to the reception to change the key card, The quality beof the restaurant very low comparing to the room prices, it's like you are staying at 2 stars hotel.
