Staff was friendly. The food was amazing.

We booked family room with 2 beds. The other bed was not heated as it was very cold.

The outside playground. The indoor play area. The pool area. The put-put area. The overall resort is well maintained. The complimentary coffee pods. Heated Blankets.

Check in staff could be more enthusiastic and friendly, they must also provide more information about the resort offerings since there is no welcome booklet provided. The indoor play area has lots of potential but sadly lots of broken toys and books. Staff need to sort and pack things in this area so they can maintain the quality. My wife packed the cupboard neatly. Staff need to be more friendly and engaging.

I enjoyed their spa. Absolutely nice to also be surrounded by just trees after a good massage. Their food is also amazing. Bed is comfortable and cleanliness is a 10/10

First of all the check In experience was unprofessional. The young lady who was checking me in was busy chatting to her friend about wanting a glass of wine etc. Whilst the friend had a plate of food eating in the front desk. It looked like the resort’s standard is to give a guest a hot towel and coffee on arrival. Whilst I could see these ey didn’t bother to offer me any. Never mind that I needed that kind of warm welcome after an exhausting 3 hours + from Mthatha. I also got a room that was smelling like a man had showered in it. I called reception to complain at least it was changed. But I was surprised that initially they expected me to collect the key let alone that the gentleman sent looked like he had no intention of helping me move my luggage to the new room. Even though he reluctantly helped me.

The grounds are beautifully maintained, and everyone at the resort is extra helpful and friendly at all times. I can't fault them. Fantastic stay. Thank you, Ingeli Forest lodge for a most welcoming stay.

Food was amazing, they had a program to entertain kids which gave us a bit of adult time. That was my highlight as they had plenty to keep the little ones happy

Staff were not efficient they took a long time to respond to request in other instances they did not attend to our requests. Manager did make up for it which was a pleasant gesture. Staff were friendly but need training they don't seem to be professional in their conduct.

Stunning location with space all around you no matter where you are. Staff were helpful, welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was fantastic cooking and serving first class high quality food. The seating areas with fires when a little chilly were spacious and very relaxing. I didn’t have any children with me but there were plenty of facilities for children.
