Property was centrally located. Staff members were very kind and helpful. A lady named Ifeoma checked me in and she was so lovely. Overall I had a great experience with the hotel.

The staff were super lovely and helpful. The location is very convenient and has easy access to popular locals.

The main issue was that we booked airport transfer and it was my first time in Nigeria. However, for some reason the hotel did not book the airport transfer, even though I had filled out the form well in advance. The manager in charge during our check-in was supposed to get back to me as to why this issue occurred, but no follow up was made which is very disappointing.

They should not have charged me for the delay I had with the airline in arrival.I was supposed to check in on the 15th but due to the delay with Airfrance I arrived on the 16th, even though I called the hotel to notify them, they still charged me full amount for the 15th that I wasn't there.I think that was very unfair

Spacious room, comfortable bed, super friendly and helpful staff, easy check in , check out process, it's a complex with many restaurants and bars, overall very good experience I will stay there again

Don't know if I missed something but there's no room service available, could not get the TV working, shower curtain was dirty, no shower gel throughout my stay ( forgot to ask for some as well)

The public relations of the staffs were impeccable, jovial and very professional. It's definately the most fantastic Hotel in Nigeria.

Breakfast Resturant is not accommodated to serve large numbers, I wait for almost 20min to have my omelette ready where I already ended my breakfast, when I commented , every one says sorry without action !

The location was superb! I only had breakfast on 3 days, and I think it can be improved- The coffee was served warm (perhaps it's the number of guests?) I found the Staff exceptional, extremely helpful.
