Super quiet, great décor and cleanliness. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bed was much too hard! They were gracious enough to change my room because of it though. Also food from the cafe was billed separately which is most inconvenient.

The level of cleanliness is high and the bed was comfortable.

It should not be more than a three star at the most. The construction of the rooms with steps in between and steps into the bathroom is not safe at all. If a Guest misses her step it can be seriously injurious. The water on the floor of the bathroom fills up quickly whilst the drain is slow so before you finish bathing water is filling up over your feet and escaping to the main floor of the bathroom. The reception is off from the rooms and I wonder what will happen if it’s raining. The dinner was too restricted. I travel often and stay in not less than 5 star hotels/ Apartments and it’s the first time basic rice was not available in food menu.
