- narrow and steep staircase; - narrow bathroom; The toilet lid wasn't standing up. We had to hold it while using the toilet. The staff wasn't flexible and declined our request to get our breakfast early to go.

the beds are tiny, way too small for two people. like 1.20m. we peeked into other rooms that had two people in it and they had two of these single beds.

The bathroom has a direct opening on the balcony that can't be closed, and the bathroom door is very thin. As a result, most of the energy for AC goes to waste.

Handy location if your doing any tours around Palenque. The staff were really helping in booking a taxi to Villahermosa airport for us.

centrally located. Easy 15 min walk to Ado bus terminal. Friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Continental breakfast (cornflakes, fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast and jam) and good coffee! Well maintained rooms and efficient air conditioning. We were able to store our luggage for free after checking out.

Everything was great. Stairs to any of the three floors.

Staff was helpful although I had to insist to have something be done like an extra pillow or have a paper printed out. Breakfast was OK. We could leave our luggage in the storage room while visiting Palenque archeological sites. Bed was very comfortable.

Bathroom needs a total make-over. Windows are not sound-proof so you hear all noises coming from the street. The small balcony had some sorts of metal windows so a bit awkward...

There are locals hanging out on the street just outside and the environment around the hotel is generally noisy all night long so if you are a light sleeper ask for a room not facing the street directly.

Noise from bar next door. The hotel price was much more than a 4 star hotel in San Cristobal de las Casas which is a fancier town. Hotel pics seem more glamourous than this hotel. Its really a 2 star hotel.

The room was clean, good with space, nice bed and big fresh bathroom. The breakfast which was included was good. The location is centrally and the staff is helpful. We liked this hotel alot.
