My partner & I loved our stay here. The location was amazing, being surrounded by nature and seeing howler monkeys, lizards and parrots in their natural habitat. This hotel was excellent value for money, the rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Each room has a hammock outside to relax on the terrace. The pool was lovely on the really hot days to relax and take a dip. The food was beautiful and the staff were happy to help with any request. I would highly recommend this hotel. The position in the middle of the jungle is amazing …

The rooms and public spaces urgently need a renewal…the rooms are moldy and smelly…the bathroom fittings and bed linen are old…

The place has a great jungle garden and the pool is very nice (although the lounge beds are not that comfortable) and you could hear monkeys in the distance.

The beds are tiny (120cm wide, 180cm long), we had two beds in the room and therefore we slept separately as it would otherwise be too small. Our apartment (nr 8) was directly next to the cleaning depot which ment very early noise from doors and trolleys. The restaurant was very average with personnel that does not seem to enjoy working there.

Could do with some areas being refurbished. Feels slightly tired in places but overall fantastic value for money.

The room need more furniture to put the things on (furniture on both sides of the beds, hooks for towels in the bathroom). It would help to have the option of breakfast included as the food is good

Room view is poor Bathroom faucet and shower head are either missing (straight copper pipe) or very old and clogged. Toilet flush not working. Bathroom needs improvement

The place is beautiful, staff was helpful, there is parking inside and it is super close to Palenque. this allows to go straight to the ruins and avoid the city which can get quite busy. The restaurant offers good food, very practical to have one on site. The room is big and cozy and I had a great night sleep.

The lush greenery around the cabañas, and the wildlife that lives within it. Each cabaña is separate so less chance of being disturbed by neighbours

The hot water for the shower took a while to come out.

The location is fab, the hotel in the middle of the jungle, we saw (and heard :)! )some monkeys, parrots, agoutis… it was just nice to wonder around in the alleys. The rooms are little bungalows, a bit dated but very clean and with great showers, AC, comfortable beds (separated and unmovable though), hammock outside… All the staff was really nice and accommodating. The pool and the pool area are great, surrounded by massive beautiful trees. The food at the restaurant was correct but not amazing, they did great cocktails though! The place is 5min by car from the park’s entrance. We would definitely go back!

Some customers were pretty noisy at the pool and a bit rude to the staff, some others were putting their music at the pool. Nothing the staff could do about, but it really broke the peaceful atmosphere of the place

Nice pool, though the picture suggests it’s in the middle of the jungle, where actually it faces the reception. Very nice to be in the middle of the jungle and it’s all green.

Not a lot of veggie options in the restaurant. Shower took very long to get hot, if even. Ants in the bathroom.

Perfect location, big swimming pool, nice breakfast and monkeys in a tree next to the pool are a big bonus? !

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool and ambiance was excellent. A perfect jungle experience with lots of plants.

The restaurant was just okay. Breakfast was good and fast, but lunch or dinner was usually slower and lower quality.

breakfast - weak coffee and watery juice. slightly un-smiley staff, didn’t really match the lovely vibe of the setting - but appreciate it is a hard ask to be up-beat all the time.

Beautiful surroundings and nice swimming pool. Just across the Aluxes Ecopark which is definitely worth a visit. The food at the restaurant was also pretty good and not expensive, which was very convenient with the evening rain. The reception was very helpful in allowing us to store our bags on arrival and after check-out which was very convenient because we both arrived and left again with night busses.

The staff at the restaurant wasn't really friendly unfortunately, two days in a row with different rotation even
