We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. As we arrived from the night bus and had to take another night bus the dat after, they arranged an early check in. And we were also able to leave our luggage and use all facilities such as pool and toilets until late in the evening. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds very super comfortable! Also they provide soaps and shampoo, the bathroom was okay. Airconditioning in the bedrooms. And most ideal was its location. literally 3 min walk from ADO bus station and all good restaurants.

Only four beds at the pool. Room was a bit smelly, originated from the bathroom drainage Double beds are not wide enough, probably around 140 cm..

The hotel was well situated in the city.

We had ants in our room and the bathroom door was bad.

Swimming pool was nice. The location is great near the bus station and the collectivo to the ruins Also there are two superb fast food options next door.

Pity that we had to pay extra to stay a couple of hours more, especially after we arrived quite late.

The location was great for the bus station and collectivo to the ruins. Do not book a tour to the ruins as it's only 20 pesos each way with the collectivo. The room was spacious and the WiFi worked well. It was clean and the bed was pretty good. It is a short walk to town and there are a few nice places to eat right next to the hotel.

The shower pressure was a joke. It was almost possible to stay dry when under the shower.

Great staff, great pool, great location

Room needs maintenace, bed trim laying on floor, shower head falling off and odor from shower drain. Despite these issues it was comfortable and everything worked as expected after I reinstalled the shower head.

The room was pretty big and good. Location was perfect. Wifi was amazingly fast. Love it.

-There's no plugs near the bed, only one USB hole. -There's a bar nearby, on Saturday night they played music till the next morning. It was impossible to fall asleep with the music. Rest of the nights they play till 1 or 2 oclock. -There was a problem with the pump, so we couldn't use the bathroom for couple of hours. A little bit annoying. -There was always problem of our door. Every time we came back after the cleaning, we always couldn't open the door...
