I loved my stay in the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the facilities were great, I was able to cook myself a meal as all the equipment was provided and a supermarket within walking distance. Also I loved the coffee machine and breakfast was very nice. I have also pre-arranged a lift to the airport which was at 4:45 and the host have organised it all for me. I am very grateful for everything.

Our stay was quite brief— after a late flight, before continuing our trip into Rome the next day. But it was a perfect spot- convenient and quick by local taxi (after the property’s normal shuttle hours) with an easy check-in despite the late hour. An enjoyable breakfast was provided in the room- including great coffee and frothed milk, with sweet and savory items. We took advantage of the shuttle back to the airport the next morning and were treated by our hosts to some fascinating local history, including pointing out ancient ruins including the wall from when it was the port of Rome. And close enough to dip my toes in the ocean before leaving in the morning! A warm and gracious welcome to Italy!

There was a variety of breakfast snacks and cakes, some cereal and an amazing coffee machine / milk steamer. The apartment was sparkling clean and the bed was super comfy.

The internet did not work well, it was nearly impossible to stream any content and it made it difficult for me to work (video conference)

I liked everything: a whole apartment for me and my pet, fresh water, milk, juice, coffee machine and snacks at my disposal, very clean and comfortable rooms, lovely staff and airport shuttle on demand for a small charge. I'll come back!

Nothing so far

Location was close to airport for a quick get-away at 5 am. Owner fulfilled my request on breakfast items; if was large with a full and complete kitchen. The bed was very comfortable.

Being near the airport meant you could hear planes flying overhead, however I fell asleep easily.

A very cute and comfortable apartment with everything one needs. Host is very nice and accommodating. Really appreciated the transportation from the airport and then back to the airport the next morning. The apartment Is only 10 minutes away from the airport which is the reason we chose to stay at this location.

We didn’t necessarily love that the restaurants were a bit of a walk away. However we enjoyed the walk to the restaurant because it was close to the beach and we needed the walk anyway.

15 min from the airport makes for a great location. very clean and tidy.

Great position, very close to beach and airport. Apartment is big, very comfortable and has everything you need. Great breakfast provided. Amazing friendly staff. Quiet neighbourhood (beside planes taking off above your head but still less annoying than a disco).

It is not just a bedroom, it is a 2 room apartment. You have a full kitchen, a nice bathroom and a large bedroom. Staff extremely professional, friendly and polite. Outstanding value for money. Strongly suggested.

The owner met me at the airport. They brought us to the place. Gave me the keys. Showed the house. He told where the beach, cafes, shops, public transport. Spacious house. High ceilings. Large beds. White linen. The kitchen has everything you need. Shower, toilet, bidet. Water pressure is pretty good. Private patio with table, chairs, umbrella and grill. The owner is very friendly. He is a professional. The choice of location was influenced by the possibility to come with a pet. I am grateful to the owner for this opportunity.

No places for entertainment within walking distance, in the evening. Quite far from Rome. Getting to the center of Rome by public transport (bus + metro) is about 1.5 hours.

Everything was just great after I arrived.

The only reasonable way to get to Fiumicino from FCO airport is by taxi. And the 9-km ride costs 25 euros. On the way back, the owners gave me a ride for 15, which I find reasonable. The taxi cost is not the responsibility of the guest house, obviously.

clean, comfortable unit on owners property. Laura was very helpful and available to answer questions . the unit has air conditioning, so able to close the windows and did not hear the airplanes during the night

I think the breakfast could improve lots, it was quite sad; I’d as well add keys for the rooms and bathroom … also even if the hotel is near the airport the only way to get there is by taxi and it is quite expensive (30 euros from the airport to the hotel and 20 from the hotel to the airport ), I think that should be included in the property’s details.

I liked that it had a kitchen with a fridge. The owners were friendly.it was very clean. I was able to get there by bus. It leaves from the airport every hour. The planes were quiet at night.

Friendly and helpful hosting family. The facility is simple but I found everything I need. Near to the airport - what was my main reason to stay here, but also next to the sea what became nice opportunity when my plans changed and I had to stay some hours longer.
