Good Swedish-style breakfast. Pleasant and warm staff.

WiFi didn’t work (at least in my room), but I didn’t mind

The room was good and the beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was a disaster. You book a time slot of 30 minuts, up to 15 guests at a time. I booked 8:00-8:30. There were no sitting places even though only a few guest booked that time slot. The staff didn't do anything to make sure that guests that have eaten and just sit there scrolling on the phones, while families with kids cannot get a place to sit. The hotel must make sure that people do not overstay their time or make a bigger breakfast area. Me mywife and my 5 year old should not stand in the loby and wait for a table. Not at a hotel that is more expensive than the avarage price in Sweden. We will not come back here again.

doors were heavy and made load noise so was easily disturbed by early risers or late sleepers.

Varied breakfast buffet with great choice. Friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable mattress. Fridge in the room. Everything in walking distance.

Unfortunately, no information was given that you can/should book the sauna. So when we asked where the sauna would be, we were told that it was still fully booked that day. The information would be very useful directly at check in

It's a really central hotel. The hotel is "simple" in standard but rooms are ok, good breakfast and serviceminded and helpful staff. Close to "everything" in central Ö-vik.
