The room was nice and comfortable. Some of the lights did not work on the first night, but all working the following morning. The location is excellent, and breakfast was delicious.

Lift for underground parking was not available, making it difficult to carry luggage through the stairs.

Good size room, a nice view, and great amenities. perfect location in the heart of the city, with plenty of things to do and various restaurants. staff are amiable and accommodating,

breakfast buffet is limited, food quality is not the best

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Tolip. The staff were friendly, and a good breakfast. Sea view from the room was amazing.

The location is in the middle of everything, you can find easily what you want, facing the see, amazing location And the private beach is wonderful

نظافة الغرفه والخدمات والنظافة وشكرا جدا houskeeping وخاصة رحمه كل شي ممتاز وفوق الممتاز والأمن والأمان والهدوء انا من زوار الفندق من 2020 ولكن اول مره استخدم بوكينج

الغرفه لا يوجد فيها سجاده الحمام غير مكتمل للمستلزمات الشخصيه الفطار غير متنوع المخبوزات غير طازجه دايما الفطار 7/10

تمييز الغرف خاصة بالمقيمين والمصريين وهذا لم أواجهه إلا في مصر رغم انني عميل دائم لهذا المكان لا يوجد مراعاة لذلك

Breakfast was nice Extremely crowded restaurant noisy and lots of children running here and there service was very good and staff members were friendly. The room was extremely dusty Location has no meaning with a dusty room Parking is limited with a long waiting time for people who do not allow valet service

Great female receptionist, not my first stay I'm regular, overall experience is ok, my family likes it, good value, will be back again, and i hope to find it better next time. Great breakfast and amazing coffee, location, facilities.

Beach operator (sub-leaser) is not up to the level and downgrading the experience, maintenance allover is required, specially in rooms.

اطلالة الغرفة على البحر مباشرةً اشكر طاقم الاستقبال على ترحيبهم فيني واخص بالذكر استاذ محمد بصراحة اقامة رائعه ومريحة والفندق يوجد به مسبح وعدد 4 مطاعم ايطالي ومصري ولبناني ومطعم سمك وكوفي ومنطقة العاب بلياردو وتنس طاولة وهوكي وبلاي ستيشن ويوجد صالة حديد واستمتعت بتجربة فريدة هي كهف الملح

ماشاء الله عليهم بصراحة لاشي لم يعجبني كل شي فل الفل واذا كتب الله لي زيارة قادمة لاشك حنزل عندهم

تم تغير الغرفه 154 الي 702 نظرا لظروف الغرفه السيئه للغايه يث كانت رائحة الحمام لا تتطاق مجاري فعلا ... وللاسف تم تغيرها في اليوم التالي

طلبت في الليله الاولي بالغرفه السئيه للغايه فرش لارضية الغرفه لان الغرفه علي البلاط وليس بها سجاد رد علي في الريشبشن وقلي اعمل حسابك لو هتجيي مره قادمه برضه مش هنحط سجاد باسلوب غير لائق

check in was fast

its a expensive for what you get , breakfats is a poor buffet , only full of different kinds of bread but no much other options . the worse is the beach is not infront of the hotel you have to take the shuttle bus provided from the hotel to the beach 10min by bus and the beach is small and full of garbage, i have to leave after one hour because we was swimming in the garbage even with dead fishes around us . Not recomended for the amount of money that you will pay

The private beach was horrible. The sand was not fine on the contrary it was filled with small rocks.
