Friendly staff and always read to help Excellent location Superb views

The architecture is impressive. Love the elevators. The waiters in the cafeteria are patient and helpful. The room is spacious and the balcony has good view. Dinner on the roof restaurant needs reservation.

I can’t understand why the manager just came into my room to check if I gave them a good comment to the hotel. It was really negative to the impression of the hotel.

The place was very nice and vintage and people are so nice and helpful specially christina, i really enjoyed it there

Nothing everything was perfect

The view during breakfast was truly breathtaking... the sight of the sea stretching out endlessly... it was an outstanding view and a perfect way to start the day.... the staff was also friendly and helpful...never expected that id love the classic antique design but 4 real i loved it

the noise level in my room on the second floor was thw only thing that significantly impacted my experience negatively i couldnt sleep... this was a major disappointment..... i fully understand that the hotel cannot control external noise sources..but i believe that providing rooms on higher floors or soundproof windows could significantly improve the experience for guests

The whole experience was out of this world, starting from Ahmed at the reception and how fast and accurate he was in checking me in and making sure I was comfortable, to Christina who was extremely professional and accommodating to all my requests to make sure I enjoyed my stay and that I was feeling safe and happy. The Blue Harbour restaurant has the most fascinating view and the quality of the food, and the staff never disappoint. Overall, I never choose any other hotel to stay at and always book Windsor Palace for a seamless holiday.

Location as it is near downtown. We loved the old royal authentic style. Right in front of the sea.
