Fantastic location….but cleanliness is an issue

A perfect and safe place to stay in walking distance to everything
The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was in walking distance of The Glen shopping centre and a large selection of restaurants and right next to the station. We felt very safe there and the car parking was a bonus. We will definitely stay again.
The toilet had the paper seal but when I lifted the lid it was disgusting and not cleaned at all.

It is basic, but comfortable
It was basic and had a washer and drier which was great. Place was walking distance to The Glen, which was great for shopping. Food was everywhere, so you will not go hungry!
The apartment smelt of cigarette smoke. But otherwise it was clean.

great location, super busy, concierge was amazing and extremely helpful.
we had a lot of amenities and the manager was extremely helpful - Ron
the key cards for the lifts, the shower took quite a while to get hot and adjust to the right temp, there were a lot of marks on the walls…

A comfortable stay in a good location.
I stayed 3 nights in a Studio apartment on Floor 11 on the west side of the building. From the balcony, you could look down upon the Glen Waverley railway station. Surprisingly, there was no noticeable noise from the trains inside the apartment. The Studio was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The apartment had free-to-air TV channels but no streaming services. Free wifi was available and worked well. Park Avenue - IKON is well-located with The Glen Shopping Mall a 6-8 minute walk away (supermarkets), a Dan Murphy's bottleshop across the street, and a variety of restaurants, take-away stores, and coffee shops within 10 minutes walk. The Waverley RSL Club is opposite the carpark entrance ramp. While seemingly a bit 'complicated' at first sight, the emailed notes about how to find the Office, how to check-in, how to access the apartment keys, and how to locate and enter the under-building carpark, were actualy easy to follow. The free safe carparking was a welcome bonus because other places in the area charge $25 - $35 a night for parking. I will hapily stay here again during any future visit to Melbourne.
