The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was in walking distance of The Glen shopping centre and a large selection of restaurants and right next to the station. We felt very safe there and the car parking was a bonus. We will definitely stay again.
The toilet had the paper seal but when I lifted the lid it was disgusting and not cleaned at all.

Perfect location and everything was so close my accommodation.

It was basic and had a washer and drier which was great.
Place was walking distance to The Glen, which was great for shopping.
Food was everywhere, so you will not go hungry!
The apartment smelt of cigarette smoke. But otherwise it was clean.

the key cards for the lifts, the shower took quite a
while to get hot and adjust to the right temp, there were a lot of marks on the walls…

I stayed 3 nights in a Studio apartment on Floor 11 on the west side of the building. From the balcony, you could look down upon the Glen Waverley railway station. Surprisingly, there was no noticeable noise from the trains inside the apartment.
The Studio was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The apartment had free-to-air TV channels but no streaming services. Free wifi was available and worked well.
Park Avenue - IKON is well-located with The Glen Shopping Mall a 6-8 minute walk away (supermarkets), a Dan Murphy's bottleshop across the street, and a variety of restaurants, take-away stores, and coffee shops within 10 minutes walk. The Waverley RSL Club is opposite the carpark entrance ramp.
While seemingly a bit 'complicated' at first sight, the emailed notes about how to find the Office, how to check-in, how to access the apartment keys, and how to locate and enter the under-building carpark, were actualy easy to follow. The free safe carparking was a welcome bonus because other places in the area charge $25 - $35 a night for parking.
I will hapily stay here again during any future visit to Melbourne.

The convenience of the location simply can't be matched, only mere meters from the train station, bus depot, a major mall, and major shopping center. Even living in the Glen Waverley area for over 30 years, I still found things to discover living at the IKON for a short spell. Facilities were wonderful, the shower strong, the bed comfortable, kitchen fully featured, there's little more to ask for. The host is very accommodating and very responsive.. we have already rebooked for our next trip.

Great location, allocated secure parking space and all the facilities we need. We stayed in a bigger apartment in the building last time but downsized this time (and saved a few dollars!😎) - we still got the same facilities and exceptional service from Ron.

Fabulous location. Very easy to all amenities. Easy to follow instructions in picking up key and car parking.
Would definitely stay again.
No major complaints. Only small issue was that the Wi-Fi wasn't always working as well as it could have.

Fantastic stay. The place was clean and stay was comfortable. Good facilities and amazing location. I misplaced my air pods and headphones and Ron was kind enough to courier them to me. He went out of the way to do it. 10 Stars!!

The location is excellent - right in the middle of Kingsway in Glen Waverley
It’s right next to the railway station and the trains check their sirens for their first run in the morning from about 4am… and there can be up to 5 trains leaving at various times, so it’s quite noisy then.

The location was wonderful with easy access to the trains, food and shopping. The apartment was clean. Ron, was very helpful with my request for a mountain view apartment. Overall, I was satisfied and will return again.
