This is a motel, got what I paid for. Close to the center. Room is cleaned daily, has some chairs and cabinets. Glad that it has a refrigerator, which is better than some "hotel".
Very poor WiFi signal - only good at location close to door, not in room, had to use my data plan on phone. When ask the manager about WiFi issue, the answer is "I cannot help, signal changes from device to device". The room is lack of AC outlets. We did not have toothpaste and asked for help, the manager's answer is "this is a motel only, we do not provide it." So, the manager's attitude was poor - this is a motel only, it is what it is, if you are not happy, you can change to another place.

The bathroom was really nice - plenty of hot water in the shower - shower cubicle was b very clean, felt near new, brightly lit room -
allowed smoking in balcony corridor outside the rooms, wanted to open the bathroom window, which also faces the balcony, for fresh air but couldn’t bec the guest in room next door was smoking in the corridor - all the stale smoke and wafted through the bathroom window so it had to be closed but even then the smoke still wafted through to our room from under the door because there was a gap between the carpet and the bottom of the door - very unpleasant

Everything was great except the bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Great position close to Village Green and Brandon Park shopping centre.
Unfortunately we both woke with stiff, sore backs.
The mattresses probably need to be updated.

Location is good, walking distance from a small shopping mall & a few fast food chains & petrol stations.
Very rundown motel. Good size room but the carpet was so dirty, all the curtains desperately need washing (actually need replacing), weak shower water pressure, I can add a few more….

The woman in charge (or owner) is a full-blown nutter. She absolutely freaked out when she found out that I had a border collie pup staying in the back of my car

the location….to the event I was attending
….SO DISAPPOINTING! Room was musty and dank…. until I was able to prise open the bathroom window. Hot water tap in shower-stall came off in my hand…. therefore not able to utilise. On moving the bedside table to access power-points…..filthy! Bed was comfy but I awoke covered in flea-bites. Carpet was stained and the complimentary milk in the ‘fridge was old and curdled. Entrance to room was foul smelling as an open garbage bin was 2’ away from the door. I will make no return visit.

The location was handy as it was across the road feom where we had to go
No people at site had to ring and get a hold of someone then they didnt have my details so had to send the confirmation to them.The room was dirty the bed was made thats about it.The mirror on the back of the door was filthy dosent look like it been cleaned for months and bathroom wasnt much better.The carpet was full of stains
