Location
Apartment is not clean, lights are broken in the kitchen, dirty towels and lots of damages. I have tried to call the phone number which provided with the booking and requested for a damaged checklist, and I am not able to get in touch with anyone for the whole week. Also no one reply my email. They even made me responsible for a dirty carpet that was there before check-in. A request $300 deposit has been credited to their account before we get there. Over two weeks after check out, I still not get the money back yet. I am going to contact the booking.com and ACCC for the refund.

Apartment was clean and comfortable.
Communication with staff was appalling, they didn’t send the drop box location until 20 minutes after I arrived. Then it was located in a dodgy alley, on a temporary fence, then they sent me the wrong code to open it. Comedy of errors, that took about 45 minutes to sort out. They also bullied me into sending a picture of my credit card front and back and drivers licence. Contacting me several times of the day and night prior to my stay. Even though I had already paid for my apartment (7 nights in advance). When I said I didn’t feel comfortable sending pictures of my ID and credit card, I was told that was the only way they could do it. Find a more secure system to collect a deposit - not comfortable at all with that process.

The unit was new and spacious
The bedroom door could not be closed, and the TV antenna connection had to be repaired before the TV could be used.

Only Location
1.0 The link to collect the keys to the property Unit No.1119 did not work. Neither the phone number of the property owner worked and I needed to seek help from third parties to locate the unconventional and inconvenient method.
2.0 Upon checking in we found broken and unmaintained furniture and accessories. Despite reporting the matter to the owner, no action was taken to replace.
3.0 The Unit was not properly cleaned and despite reporting an electrical short circuit, the owner did not attend.
4.0 Return of the property keys were also a nightmare and the unconventional method did not work and despite contacting the owner we had to leave the keys in the letter box of the property

great view, clean and tidy
only one small thing couch was uncomfortable however we did not spend much time on it just at end of day when coming back to the apartment looking at the beautiful view and trying to relax on a uncomfortable couch.

Only the location. And it's quite clean.
The owner/manager rented me an apartment with a broken and tilted bed. I notified her immediately but she accused me that I'm the one who broke it. She did offered to fix it but I wanted to make sure that my deposit was safe first. Once she confirmed, I had to wait until the 7th (!) day before she contacted me about fixing/replacing it on the 8th day. I said I wouldn't be available that day but I would on the 9th day. She then kicked me out because I wouldn't accommodate her on the 8th day. So I left. I've never experienced this before. Thanks booking.com!

Hopeless trying to find key in dark, down dark alley ,couch was from the Flintstones hard as hell would never stay there again

We liked the location as conveniently located next to The Glen and near to train station.
The host gave an erroneous link for key safe location. We spent the whole afternoon trying to contact/email the host but to no avail. There was no response. Really left us felling angry, frustrated and very cold! Will never book from this host again.

Clean and nearly new.
No dryer after washing clothes during rainy days.
Bed mattress is too soft and the frame was broken, very dangerous.
No ventilation or air con in bedrooms only got one ventilation in living room. Have to open windows or door which is too noisy and cold when sleep

very uncomfortable couch. limited cooking utilities etc, washing machine but no dryer The check in experience was not pleasant. look to images of key location did not work and the location of the keys was at the end of a dark lane way!! And. my one set of keys for a two bedroom two bathroom apartment!!

Too many things wrong in the apartment room 1119.
Broken end of lounge.
Bathroom door in main bathroom didn't shut properly.
One of the bedside lamps wasn't working.
Light in first bathroom the bottom switch did not work or needed new globing.

close to public transport and shopping centre
wasn’t clean when we arrived. lots of dust, toothpaste in bathroom sink (even a pubic hair on bathroom floor). looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a couple of weeks. Also not good instructions to gain access and no car parking.

The apartment is comfortable and clean, but there has a continuous beep beep sound inside the apartment which was very annoying and can’t figure out where the sound came from.
The check in instruction is horrible unclear, no reply from property until the 5 minutes before check in time (3pm). Request for a car park also no response until check in. They will not give any response until it reaches check in time. Call them when we can’t find the key safe, the staff was talking very rude and frustrated.
