Very good hotel with beautiful surroundings and a big swimming pool .Good breakfast, friendly staff.Stayed for one night only before our long flight . It was a nice relaxing place .

We have been in Cambodia for the past month and stayed msinlt I 4 star hotel.
But the Bali which is I think a 3star had the best comprehensive breakfast of them all.
The other hotel came nowhere near the quality and choice of the Bali .
Reception star were a bit lacking in experience with poor PR.

Close to the airport for an early flight out. The reception staff were very helpful,. The room was very comfortable.
The menu and quality of food at the restaurant was disappointing,. We had hoped for a few cocktails on our final night but we're lucky to get cold beers. Restaurant staff were not attentive at all. Had to be called over every time we needed something. From ordering to collection of plates when we had finished.

The bath although small was a nice touch and the room was large. Staff were very attentive.
Unfortunately the pool felt a little overgrown around the edges and forgotten. The pool bar wasn't open either.

I had a wonderful stay even if it was for one night. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and all around just very comfortable!

I love the the environment and location.
They upgraded my room to VIP rooms which is awesome.
Convenient close to airport and relaxing surroundings.
Breakfast is very good too. Staffs are very friendly.
What I really didn’t like about this place is the bedding.
mattress is not comfortable and pillow is very hard to
sleep on. They gave me headache for days.

The room was lovely to look at and picture perfect.
The lack of customer service was shocking. The pillows were very uncomfortable and felt like plastic. The outside "lounger" was old and had no pillow on it, thus very uncomfortable to sit on. Also the fact that I can see into the other rooms were not that great. The "bathtub" had no hot water and was uncomfortable to sit in.

I did not really like the breakfast. The coffee was not good. There was a great place for breakfast I went to opposite the hotel instead. Great coffee. Easy to see.

Missed our flight so booked last minute, beds were v comfy, rooms were great, staff very helpful and all in all a v nice stay
Food in restaurant wasn’t good at all, ordered burger and pasta, pasta and chips were stone cold and sent back the pasta as was unedibly cold, food not great and location is something to be desired, if you don’t leave the hotel then great

The whole facility was nice...but my request to be put right next to each others room was not granted. The room of my daughter was 1 room apart from us 😞
The breakfast was great... so relaxing to stay at the balcony hearing the water flowing on the pool.... so relaxing... great for staycation 💖💖
Aside from that...it was a nice stay. Make staff smile all the time it is more pleasing smiling back at the client or be the first to smile....spread the virus of smiling ☺☺
