Never go to this place. We came to Casuarina with two young children for three weeks. We enjoyed incredibly the time just spent with them. There were several floors in the building. We took the elevator to the top floor because in the places where we were often on the top floor there is a swimming pool or a viewing terrace available to all guests. We looked at the panorama, took some photos and wanted to go out. Suddenly two people appeared who started shouting and cursing at us. I would like to point out that everything happened on the public terrace. The next day we found a letter at our door. The owner says that rich people live there. They are investors in Phuket and have agreed not to go to the police if we pay a fine of 5000 baht for the alleged intrusion, cleaning up private property and destroying hotel flowers. For the next days, she harassed us with messages demanding payment, threatened the police, deportation (!) She sent us photos with a card behind the blinds that it was private property, although she knew very well that the day before it was not there. We were fed up with this atmosphere and wanted to leave this place as soon as possible. She said she would give us back the money for the unused 5 days of stay. When we were leaving, we asked for a refund again, she said she would make a transfer. She did not. We wonder how many people she robbed in this way, how many she managed to intimidate, how many people paid penalties for alleged offenses. She found a shameful way to repair the budget after the stagnation caused by covid. He is a swindler, a thief and a fraud. After we left, for a few days she tried to intimidate us in all possible ways so that we would not describe the whole situation and give a negative opinion. Anyway, take a look at her arrogant, rude responses to real comments from other guests. Cockroaches literally everywhere and dirt in the apartment is a trifle with what I described.

We fully enjoyed our previous stay at Casuarina apts and decided to book here again on our way back home. Very convenient location close to the beach, Porto de Phuket, Boat Avenue with its restaurants and supermarkets. Spacious 2-bedroom apartment, hospitable staff. Would highly recommend.

Spacious, very well equipped apartment located in a quiet area yet easy to walk/drive to the supermarkets, restaurants and bars 5 minutes walk to the lovely Bang Tao beach Nice, well-kept green territory with two pools and private parking.

Nice place, with 2 huge pools, which are usually empty. Clean comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Very close to the beach. Also they said that they will drive us and show around island if i write a good review, so that's what I'm doing 😃

The hotel is simply amazing- if you travel with kids, there is no better place on Bang Tao Beach! It’s clean, cozy, the apartments are spacious and equipped with anything you may need during your stay. 1. First of all, the beach is super close, just 3 min walking through a shortcut and you are there. The hotel staff noticed that guests were using the shortcut (you needed to find a way through palms and cross some deserted field of former construction) and made stairs for guests convenience! I’d expect them to put a fence and “do not walk!” sign but they chose to help tourists instead! That was super cool and shows the hotel management care. 2. The apartment is fully equipped and has everything you may need: stove, oven, dish washer, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, fridge, kid’s potty, baby chair, TVs…. Nice area at the terrace, we had meals there all the time. 3. Drinking water! The first time I’ve seen such a wonderful solution: they offer free 19L bottles of water with electric pump. This is super convenient! 4. Free coconuts to drink. 5. A small grocery store is in 10 min walking, if you need a bigger one - just rake a free bike with a basket, it’s 10-15 min ride. 6. The swimming pool is clean and warm, it has a baby-friendly entrance and a jacuzzi. There is one more pool at the property, but we never used it. 7. The territory is green and beautiful. 8. Super helpful staff! During our first stay the microwave oven wouldn’t work - they replaced it within 15 min and then we found out that the oven was broken too. Can you imagine- they replaced it too next day! When we just arrived and were tired and could not leave the apartment, the receptionist girl was so kind to us to order food delivery and even cold beers! Any request we had was met immediately. 9. Comfy beds and pillows. Also, lots of towels! 10. The nearest supermarket and money exchange kiosk is about 7 min walking away - it’s a small FamilyMart store.

The place was big

The airconditioning and the fan was load. The walk to the beach was on mud next to big wall, cars, no pedestrian access. The place was on 4th floor. The check in was long as Booking.com didn't send over the details, and the place couldn;t find us. The safe didn't work, and the key to the apparntement opened other doors.

The Manager was exceptionally helpful prior to visiting Phuket in relation to all the paperwork and requirements needed to enter via the new Sandbox Scheme. The rooms were modern and clean, it had a nice homely feel for a family visit. The location was great, super close to Bang Tao beach which had some nice restaurants, massage services and swings for the kids to play on. We accidentally left some important items behind and the Manager was again super helpful to courier these items to us as soon as possible. We would definitely go back again and highly recommend this accommodation to families who are looking for a relaxing holiday.

Unfortunately the Government imposed some restrictions which limited some venues for us to visit but we tried to make the most of it. Our experience would have been better if there was more support on what we could do with all the restrictions that were in place. Some more local insights and advice would have been helpful because the online information was not up to date with all the ongoing changes announced by the authorities.

An 80m² F3 apartment is definitely much better than a Hotel room !! The residence is extremely luxurious, secure day and night, with these two swimming pools, its fitness room. The staff couldn't do enough for me. The stay was particularly pleasant. I recommend it to anyone who wants, like me, to mix rest at work!

the only thing that was disturbing was the flow of the water thing. It wasn't much compared to everything else!

Self contained apartment with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave. Especially useful during this Covid 19 time. Large balcony overlooking trees and a well maintained garden. Very peaceful during the day and night time.

Softer lighting in the living area rather than the bright ceiling lights. Perhaps a few table lamps would help.

After 2days we prolonged our staying for a month. Spacious rooms equipped with the all necessary facilities. Nice tidy surroundings. Especially, we would like to thank very nice and polite staff for making our stay so pleasant and feeling like home. Each request and question was solved immediately. Garden keeper brought us fresh coconuts from the garden it was so nice:) Kind regards to Praew and all girls at reception, security, garden keepers🙏

Very spacy appartment with high class furniture and enough cupboards. Cleaning and fresh towels ever 3 days. Very short way to the beach (we did not mind the pigs!). Stuff was very helpful even with a case not related to the appartment. We just loved it.

Access to the beach was thru a very ugly looking road. No option to really walk anywhere as there are no sidewalks.. the street is so narrow and the traffic intense.
