Good fixtures with real wood(probably teak?). A Thai style simplistic design for interiors.
Electric bills were a bit high, while, it's an island so it's acceptable. And, to reach the beach, we had to either drive or walk for about 5mins on the little residential paths while other cars are passing.

Size and comfort of the villa is fabulous. From the pool to laundry wash everything was perfect. Khanitha and her staff are warm, friendly and helpful. If you need/want it they’ll get it for you. WiFi was strong in all three bedrooms.
FYI- bring your own soaps/shampoo for bathroom but if you forget the Lotus grocery is a short walk.

Beautiful villa with huge rooms and high ceilings. gorgeous garden and pool area.
very clean and it was serviced 3 times during our stay too.
lovely location. not far from the beach or the bars and restaurants. Also close for exploring the trails into the nearby hillside. Stunning!
The beds were extremely firm but resolved by sleeping on the duvet instead of under it.

Everything was very good short walk about 5-10 minutes to beach and shops. Khanitha the manager was very helpful.

The villa was excellent in all aspects and Khanita the villa owner and her family couldn't have been more kind and helpful, was a pleasure staying here and we will be back-Thanks again for everything Khanita.

Very quiet part of the island, almost no noise, cows around. Quite a good beach is ca 10 minutes by walking. There are also decent restaurants with good food, for every taste and wallet. Owner can also offer cars for rent and other stuff.
There are ants everywhere, so better don't leave any open food on the table, keep everything in the fridge. It is quite a silent place, but it is far from all the main life - you have to take the taxi for about 500 baht one way to get to the Bangla Road.

good property with everything we needed
the fact we we were. barged for electric even though no mention in policies on here we would be charged. owner also tried to charge us over 8000 baht as worked it out wrong when came to 880 baht.

The villa was excellent. It was comfortable and clean and had all the facilities in it. The pool was perfect and had privacy from the other villas…The villa owner was very kind and helpful…

The villa was perfect, same as on the pictures. Everything brand new and well maintained. Fully equipped, big spaces, pool.
Our host was very kind and helpful, you can trust her with transfer and program organizing as well!!
