Clean, host / staff friendly & helpful - beach right across the street

The pool was clean and not cold. The room was was just perfect. If we stayed longer we would have cooked too.

Not enough towels or drying areas.

The staff, especially Mariano was outstanding, he is an exceptional employee, he was very helpful with any questions or information I needed help with. This is my first long stay in the Dominican, and I will definitely stay here again. As it says, not a 5 * hotel, and I didn't need one, but very nice place right on the beach, and the price is an exceptional value, in my opinion. The beach is a minute walk away, everything you would need I.E. grocery, restaurants and bars is a five minute walk or a short motorbike taxi away.

Not a concern for me, but the internet would go off from time to time, for a minute or two, water pressure not like America standard, but again nothing that was a concern for me. Just as a side note, nothing the hotel can do about that, the roads getting to the hotel need some major resurfacing.

The place was very close to the beach.

Bed very uncomfortable, furniture old sofa uncomfortable not enough padding. Not enough kitchen utensils nor pots.

The apartment is dated. Bed not comfortable. Shower curtain needs to be changed. The couch has a piece of wood under the seat cushion.

the property was close to the beach and all amenities, we arrived late and Mariano stayed to check us in which was amazing seeing as he finished at 10pm and it was 11pm when we arrive.security staff was great and helpful at all times. only thing was some of the windows didn’t lock but we still felt safe

I liked the fact it was close to the beach, and that it had a swimming poor.

I didn’t like the fact the venue had no food or entertainment available .

Place is awesome to disconnect of everything and just chill. The property has a small pool and the beach is really close. You have restaurants near and the apartment is fully pack with kitchen tools if you want to cook yourself.

The road to enter the property is a little bit rusty, can be an issue if you go with a small car, other than that, the experience was really good.

The pool was so warm and the location couldn't be better.

Better locks on sliding doors and windows, and the bed was really tiny for an adult to be sleeping in

We liked everything, maybe the road next to the apartment is not in a good condition so watch your steps
