Apartment was fantastic, close to everything and Negombo town too.

Everything was fine.

Location is great, both for the beach as well as restaurants and shops. Fair sized apartment with balcony and air-conditioning. Good sized kitchen. Excellent staff.

No cooking utensils given that there is no food served at the apartments. Cleanliness can be better. They knew I was arriving in an early morning flight, as I had written to them and called to speak to them about it. I had booked and extra night the previous night. Yet, there was no one at Reception when I arrived and was made to wait for an hour before someone turned up. Later, I had Wi-Fi problems. The manager managed to appear helpful while he gave me instructions on how to connect to the WiFi, for the best part of the day. It didn’t work and I had to have strong words with him as it was a workday and I had work to do. It was almost 3 pm when he got a workman sent upstairs with a separate modem and it worked like a dream. The technician also told me how to connect and it was completely different to what the manager had been asking me to do!! Ignorance, incompetence or both?? I lost a whole day’s wage by then. No apology from the manager, just a gung-ho attitude. But he did respond well to a request to keep hold of some items I had left behind. Special call out to Asanka and Sebastian, for their exemplary customer service based on their innate warmth and hospitality towards people. They deserve credit for making my stay comfortable.

Friendly staff, spacious and clean, well equipped apartment (they even provided new toothbrushes and toothpaste!).

Very early morning bells tolling and singing from the Church next door. So a bit noisy, but still a nice and unique experience.

We had a big apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea. Big glass doors with lots of light. We used the kitchen a lot. We loved the couch. It made us feel like at home after 2 months of travel. The TV had plenty of English channels. For us, having so much quality space, was the most important. And the pool was great.

The wifi is not secure, and due to this, it was not possible to surf to any official sites. So, organizing hotels and payments was not possible, and that is my biggest minus. We had this place for a very cheap price due to the situation in Sri Lanka. So for what we paid it was very good. But if they want to get to the same level they were with similar prices there is a lot of work to be done. Maintenance is lacking and hardly any staff. No catering. But we understand they have to have time and money to invest after the dramatic fall of the economy. So it will be a balance of price quality for a while. I wish the team lots of luck and strength

Amazing huge apartment with beautiful views to the beach , lots of bars and restaurants around , really clean , friendly professional staff really helpful and caring . We felt so well look after !! There is a Church next to the Hotel , in the morning you can hear the music around 6 am what is actually perfect to wake up and make the most of the day !

The hotel is right on the beach.

The restaurant was closed, everything was dusty, the room was not even clean on arrival. The church next door plays loud music/ prayers at 5AM.

They tried to rip of booking.com and the customer. purchased this property for 2 nights for my niece and they wanted to take money from her on arrival and said they would only take my money from my card if she did not turn up. Cancellation fee was the cost of the stay so I ended up blocking my card. very bad experience. Made up a lie about not being able to accept EU credit cards in Sri Lanka without the cardholder being present which is not true. stay away from this place unless you book locally.

No rug at the bathroom door. There was a cockroach at the bathroom

Rooftop bar was supposed to be the best, but without alcohol license just drinking a water ... Hotel is located just next to a church where the bell rings every half an hour Pool was dirty and chairs full of bird poop Had to leave on emergency back home with no compassion at all from management. My advice , don’t spent your money on this hotel and safe yourself a headache. Take goldi sands next door for less money and you won’t regret your holiday.
