Amazing staff. Close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. Nice getaway, quiet place. Great Pool. Very knowledgeable owner Chams. Even arranged my Airport pickup early in the morning. Easy check in and check out. Will be back again.

Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber, mit eigenem Bad. Der Pool war ebenfalls sauber und erfrischend, die Liegen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Vom Hotel aus ist man schnell bei einigen Essensmöglichkeiten. Der Inhaber war super freundlich und hat uns bei der Weiterreise unterstützt, als wir die gewünschten Zugtickets nicht mehr reservieren konnten. Er kümmerte sich um einen Bus Transfer und fuhr uns anschließend noch zur Haltestelle.

Wifi war nicht verfügbar, da das mitgeteilte Netz nicht zur Verfügung stand. Wir haben aber auch nicht nachgefragt, also kein großes Thema.

Perfect place to stay! Amazing service from start to finish. Owner was so helpful - organised our transfer to Anuradhapura for us. Room is great, comfortable bed, mosquito net, great shower. Pool is amazing too. Super clean, comfortable, relaxing accommodation!

The owner speaks perfect English and is super useful if you need recommendation how to plan your travel.

Everything is really awsome, but one thing that really stick out is the owner and the team. So so friendly. Any time really great talk with owner. He will give you reliable information about many things. Accomodation is very beautiful, the green arround the property is maintained super nice, pool clean and ready to use at any time, breakfast tasty, location one of the best in Negombo. In walking distance to very good restaurants and beach. Would like to say this to. We forgot something in our room and the owner put so much effort to deliver it back to us. Will never forget 🙏 So much honesty and friendliness as you can’t see every day.

The breakfast was not really good

Fabulous property that was the perfect start to our trip in Sri Lanka (after a very long journey). The host was so kind and informative and they let us check in early which was hugely appreciated. The pool is fab and super refreshing and the rooms are great value for money.

The only negative was that the wifi could have been a little better, if we weren’t trying to plan some more of our trip it wouldn’t have mattered as it’s such a lovely place to relax in!

Huge clean rooms, a Big pool and very nice and helpfull manager that recommened a great place to eat (jhonys) and a great spa (Jasmin villa)

Not all of the personal spoke english and the breakfast was a rip of (1850 rupees per person)

Room and shared area had a musty smell. Think maybe from washing machine use. Bedding a bit flimsy and some mosquitoes.

Fernando, the host waited till late in the night of check in & made 2 of his maids as well to help us out in the check in process which was quite heart-warming. The 2 ladies out there, definitely need a special mention here since they made me & my family very welcome & quite open to my suggestions in terms of shuffling around. They also helped us with additional mattresses without any additional charges. The place is close to 10 Mins walk to Negombo beach & so, do take a nice morning stroll or even a dip in the waters. Fernando & his wife checked out our comfort in terms of the stay & was quite personal when you travel & stay in lot of places Stands out for sure. Fernando also made arrangements for a perfect South Indian Breakfast within very short time & thank you so much for that.

Lovely helpful staff. Huge swimming pool and huge rooms with kitchens and living areas!

The residence is near the beach, walking distance and there are a lot of restaurants in the area where you can go out. The owner was friendly and organised a ride for us to the airport. The room was big and clean. The bathroom was new and had a good shower with warm water. The pool and the garden are a nice extra.

The pool area and pool towels could have been cleaner.

We had 3 nights here and absolutely loved it. The owners are extremely friendly and welcoming and the facilities are fantastic. We loved relaxing by the beautiful pool too! Highly recommended!

Great swimming pool, easy walk to beach and restaurants. Extremely helpful staff and management. The owner drove us to the airport for a 3am flight.

The family who run it are lovely, rooms are really clean and the pool is huge for the size of the place. Great location to the beach and restaurants, highly reccomend!

a nice kind of hidden spot in a small road. it is clean and quiet and really nice! you can easy reach the beach,shops and food by feet. the host is a very kind person always willing to help you and really taking care of you!

Very lovely place. In appartment we had even a washing machine, which was very helpfull. The rooms are very spaceous, and clean. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we made a reservation for stay on our way back home

best place to be when u arrive or leave . good prices, big swimmingpool and u can arrive in the morning around 11 o clock which is very handy is u arrive in the morning
